Beware of this grandmother who rented my apartment for 3 months and wrecked it. I spent over an hour on the phone with the platform to complain about them finding me such a tenant. It is not worthy of Abritel. I went over the day after her arrival to bring her a bath mat so she wouldn't slip in the brand-new non-slip shower. She was thrilled with my quick response and didn't complain at all about the "smallness" of the kitchen, her "painful" arrival (you just need to know how to read English and French and look at the photos), and didn't ask me anything about how the appliances worked. When I left her, she was enthusiastic. The instructions with photos to find the keys have been the same for 10 years, the lockbox is 10 meters to the left of the entrance. The photos of the apartment are numerous, recent, and accurately reflect what it is. She moved everything around in the apartment: the toaster and coffee maker were moved to the bedroom. She used ALL the sheets and beds even though she was supposed to be alone. Cleaning was never done in 3 months! And there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the terrace and inside the apartment. There were a large number of empty alcohol bottles everywhere. The beds were moved, the box springs out of the beds, cigarette butts everywhere, the dirty oven, the microwave full of spoiled food, the refrigerator full of expired filth. The shower is a walk-in shower (no door)!! I don't have enough space here to describe the filth. Thatis a shame !!

I am sorry that you did not appreciate (like 99% of other tenants) the charms of the flat. It's a shame you didn't find the toilet paper supply with the bags and other towels. If you had asked me, I would have told you where to find them (under the sinks in the wicker basket). I am surprised by your toilet paper consumption (4 rolls in 5 days!!!!). Did you forget that I brought you 6 rolls the evening I received your SOS in the morning? As for the water pressure in the shower, it is controlled by a small button (eco-friendly economiser) located on top of the shower head. (The vast majority of tenants find it spontaneously). No doubt a problem of understanding French products (just as the drum washing machine is regarded as a UFO by Anglo-Saxons...). Never hesitate to ask for information when you have a problem understanding something in general. That said, I wish you pleasant stays in future and ask for help if you need it.
