Possibly the best address in Nice, the Residences of the exclusive Palais de la Mediterarnee. The apartment is situated in a beautiful courtyard garden with direct access to the Promenade des Anglais on one side and within a minutes walk to the famous pedestrianised zone on the other. If you are looking for both a central yet tranquil location then this apartment is for you! Furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style which is both elegant and comfortable. The property has two double bedrooms each with their own balconies. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with full bath and shower and WC. Just off the second bedroom you have a shower room and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully fitted providing an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, lots of extras for your use are included. The kitchen has access to a balcony so you choose where to have your croissant and coffee for breakfast. The lounge has two sofas and dining area that seats six.

Parking can be arranged subject to availability, although there is a charge of 15 euros per day or part thereof.
Please request in advance.

Additional Information:
Please bring your own beach towels, however, there are beach mats and sunshades available for our guests use and they are located in the cloakroom cupboard.


Check-in and Check-out: On arrival and departure you will meet our representative, who will check you in and out.
We ask you not to arrive before 4PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the apartment by 10AM when you leave. This ensures the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. By prior arrangement suitcases can usually be left if you arrive early or depart late. If we do not have a same day changeover then it may be possible to be a little flexible with times.

Please note this is a NON SMOKING property, although guests may smoke on the balconies only.

Perfect location — central, quiet, and surrounded by greenery, yet close to everything you need. Fabulous apartment in a great location

This was the 5th different apartment we have rented in this building over the years and it was by far the best. It was excellent in every way and the apartment manager was of great assistance for anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking it again.

The check in was really well executed and our English speaking greeter was very thorough in describing not only the apartment but the surrounding neighborhoods (thank you Pat!). Transportation to the unit/neighborhood couldn’t be much easier. It’s close to bus, metro and only a short walk from the train station. The kitchen is perfect for the two bedroom unit and the balconies make for relaxing evenings. WiFi access is fast and easy to use. The washing machine works perfectly. We were lucky to be traveling with another couple and the space was great for that. We would happily stay here again if our kids are in town at the same time.

Family of 5 in the South of France

This was a great property to stay at. We ended our 13 Euro city tour here and it was delightful. Directly across the street to the beaches of Nice, close to all points of interest, and 25 min from Monte Carlo by car. The property itself was super clean and comfortable. My 3 kids had a great time and there was plenty of room for all of us. Pat was a delight and so was the property.

Property title is accurate!

We loved this apartment! The location is perfect to access all parts of Nice and right on the Promenade des Anglais. It is in the middle of everything but the quiet courtyard makes it very relaxing at the same time. Pat was wonderful to meet us and explain things and left a wonderful baguette and brie and a bottle of wine to start us off. Terrific vacation!

Really nice place

Our third, most enjoyable time here in Nice. We would choose to stay here whenever we visited. Everything is at land like shops, the beach, restaurants, etc. The apartment ist very comfy and well equipped. Our many thanks to Pat who is so welcoming and friendly. Fabulous Location

This is a terrific apt in a fabulous location; it's close to tons of restaurants and stores in one direction and the beautiful promenade in the other direction. Pat was sweet and helpful upon check-in. The balconies are wonderful; the kitchen is fine for cooking multiple meals; and the bedrooms are roomy, though actual beds would be more comfortable than futon beds. It is quiet and relaxing! Overall, this is a great apartment in a fantastic location.

The apartment was all that was promised in the details and Pat, the owners representative, was really helpful. She met us as we got out of our taxi, showed us into and around the apartment, gave us tips and hints for Nice and was there whenever needed. Just the right amount of everything.

Thank you June and Pat for opening your apartment up to us, it was a perfect way for us to decompress following a 8 day guided tour. The place met both our expectations and the location is perfect for getting involved with city life and also avoiding it if you need a break. we both liked the "backdoor" that opens up the the Med. Pat, thank you very much for all your help in getting us settled in and also with arranging our transportation to airport when the time came to so long. The description of the property is spot on. Only issue we had was deciding which one of the corkscrews worked faster. Loved the place and would stay again.

Pat was wonderful and informative. The hostess pack of cheese and wine was a lovely touch. When we had a little problem with the hot water she got it fixed in half an hour. Apartment is in agreat location and fully equipped, couldn't want for anything more. She even ensured and stayed with us when we had to get a car to take us to Monte Carlo. I would recommend this spot without hesitation and I hope to return.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and was a home from home. The location directly on the Promenade des Anglais was perfect and a pleasant short stroll to sights and places of interest in Nice. Very close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants etc. Local public transport whether by train or bus is efficient and user friendly making a hire car unneccessary. Pat met and greeted us and could not have been more helpful with her advice and assistance. The welcome pack of basic groceries was a bonus - no need to rush to a shop. Very happy to recommend this apartment and would definitely choose it again if we were to return.
