Comfortable and spacious ground-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, located in Marina di Mancaversa, just 6 km from Gallipoli and just 1 km from the beautiful Lido Pizzo beach and the famous beaches of Gallipoli (Punta della Suina).
The apartment is part of a family home and is just 250 metres from the sea.
Well-furnished with a private entrance, it features a lovely terrace, a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed, 1 bathroom, a garden with an outdoor shower, and private parking (not the garage).
The garden is shared with the adjacent apartment, which is occupied by the owners themselves, but it is still separated and independent, so it can be safely used for barbecues and as a playground for the children.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, fans, and a TV.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price.
Within walking distance (50 metres) are amenities such as a supermarket, newsstand, tobacco shop, bars, a restaurant, a venue used for festivals and concerts, and the market area. The centre of Marina, with all its amenities, is 300 metres away.
It’s just a short distance from those seeking Kallipolis’s nightlife and the picturesque, beautiful beaches of the bay (some options for music and film nights) and the inland villages with their festivals and restaurants where you can sample the best Salento cuisine.

Un accueil exceptionnel dans une superbe villa

Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter. La villa est spacieuse, très propre et vraiment bien située pour visiter le Salento. Mais ce qui fait la différence, c'est l'accueil de Salvatore et Carmelina. Tout simplement adorables, au petit soin du premier au dernier jour. Nous étions en famille avec 2 garçons de 5 et 8 ans pas toujours très calmes et pour autant Carmelina a fait preuve de beaucoup de compréhension. La villa est très bien équipée et la climatisation ne manque pas, il fait bon à l'intérieur. Toutes les commodités se trouvent à 5 minutes de la maison, supermaché, pharmacie, centre ville... C'est vraiment une adresse TOP. Jennifer et stevens

vacances inoubliables

nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires dans cet appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description. pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. cela fait des années que j'utilise ce site et je n'ai jamais trouvé une maison aussi propre!rien à redire. Quand à l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentilesse de carmelina et savatore rien à redire:nous avons été dorlotés et notre petite fille de 5 ans aussi. Nous avons été accueillis par un plateau de biscuits et du coulis de tomates maison!!!! les propriétaires sont disponibles tout en étant trés discrets. une vraie rencontre humaine. je conseille vivement cette location qui est trés bien située pour visiter la région. il y a des chances pour que nous y retournions l'année prochaine. encore merci pour ces 10jours merveilleux. charlotte, nicola et Victoire

PRIMA VACANZA IN PUGLIA: SOGGIORNO INDIMENTICABILE

L'accoglienza è stata meravigliosa. I proprietari ci hanno accolto con grande disponibilità e gentilezza.L'appartamento come nuovo, curato e pulitissimo! I miei figli non volevano più andare via!posizione ideale a 2 passi da un mare spettacolare sia per essere subito in spiaggia che appoggiarsi per visitare i posti più caratteristici. Lido Pizzo a 5 minuti di macchina per noi è stato il posto più bello!sicuramente da tornarci!

A 1200 km da Milano...e sentirsi a casa!!!!

Siamo tornati in Salento, affittando ancora presso la struttura dell'anno scorso. Quest'anno abbiamo preferito la casa di fianco ai proprietari e anche quest'anno è stata una vacanza con i fiocchi. Anche questa struttura è ben organizzata, ampia, pulita e ancora più nel centro di tutti i servizi disponibili in paese, in più dispone di un ampio giardino dove si può comodamente pranzare/cenare o ricevere amici. Consigliatissima per vacanze in pieno relax, in una struttura bella e di livello, la posizione è strategica per tutte le bellissime spiagge del Salento e per ultimo.....ma non ultimo....l'optional di serie.....Carmelina e Salvatore, due angeli custodi, non si vedono ma appena c'è bisogno spuntano e ti risolvono subito qualsiasi problema o curiosità sul Salento ci sia. Un grazie sentito da me, mia moglie ed Alice per la compagnia e la gentilezza con la quale ci avete accolti e ci avete coccolati (i manicaretti di Carmelina....) per il nostro periodo di vacanza.....nostalgia!!!!!

Come a casa ma in paradiso!!!

Vacanza rilassante

È stato il nostro primo soggiorno in Salento e ci è piaciuto moltissimo. La casa è in condizioni perfette, pulitissima e accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. Si trova in una posizione davvero strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona, ma lascia anche la possibilità di rimanere tranquilli in quanto è ubicata in una via silenziosa. Godibilissimo lo spazio esterno. I padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili a dare ogni tipo di informazione. Il cielo blu della Puglia ci è rimasto nel cuore... Serena, Paolo, Sabrina, Sofia

La nostra prima vacanza in Salento

La nostra prima esperienza in Salento è stata magnifica, sole mare cibo profumi sapori ed un'accoglienza speciale da parte dei padroni di casa. La casa era esattamente come descritta e fornita di tutto ciò che poteva servire. Vicina al mare e alla zona servizi ma molto silenziosa. La gentilezza di padroni di casa è poi un vero regalo senza prezzo. Per chi vuloe visitare tutto il Salento è poi un'ottima base di partenza equidistante dalle località più interessanti.

Vacanza perfetta per amanti del relax

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in un appartamento comodo ai servizi, spazioso e particolarmente pulito. I proprietari sono delle persone calorose e gentili, sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. L'appartamento e' vicinissimo al mare che si raggiunge in pochi minuti e a pochi passi da un supermercato. Inoltre e' ideale per i bambini dato che c'è un ampio cortile dove possono giocare.

PERFETTA

Sono stata in questa casa la settimana scorsa con 4 amici. La casa è davvero grossa e ben fornita di tutti i confort, ha un giardino ampio dove poter far colazione pranzo e cena senza problemi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno fatto trovare la casa pulitissima e profumatissima. In più c'è un market abbastanza fornito a 200 m. Davvero consigliata!

La casa è veramente bella, accogliente e spaziosa!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è molto grande, pulita, con tutti i comfort e con una bellissima veranda dove poter mangiare all'aperto. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma in 2 minuti si arriva ai supermarcati e a negozi di altro genere. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e molto ospitali. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, la consiglierei.

Comfortable and spacious apartment on the ground floor , with 3 bedrooms and No. 5 beds , located in Torre Suda just 6 km from Gallipoli and just 1 km from the beautiful beach of Lido Pizzo and the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli (Tip of the Swine ) .
The apartment is part of a family house and is located just 250 meters from the sea.
Well furnished with private entrance , has a beautiful porch, a large lounge, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a single bed , 1 bathroom , garden with outdoor shower and private parking ( no garage ) .
The garden is shared with the apartment next door is occupied by the owners, but still divided and independent , can be used safely for any barbeque and play area for the children.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine , fans, TV , no Air conditioner and no dishwasher , bed linen and towels are not provided.
In the immediate vicinity (50 meters away ) there are services such as shop, newsagent, tobacconist, bar, tavern , an area used for concerts and festivals and market area , 300 meters away is the center of the Marina with all services .
The apartment is rented for weeks that go from Saturday to Saturday.
Water , gas and electricity are paid by the owner.
