Very beautiful air-conditioned villa for 8 people, with protected private swimming pool (alarm and fence) in a green setting, at the foot of the medieval village of Gattières. Located 3 minutes from local shops, 20 minutes from Nice, its airport and the beaches. The villa is 10 minutes from the picturesque and famous villages of St-Jeannet, St-Paul de Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, etc. 35 minutes from Monaco and 35 km from the first ski resort. You will be able to visit the riches of the Nice region, its picturesque villages, its beaches, its hinterland, its gorges, and its valleys, etc. The villa has 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 baby bed and 1 convertible sofa in the living room. 2 bedrooms have a separate shower and sink. The villa also has 2 toilets, an upstairs bathroom, a closed veranda, a covered south-facing terrace and a naturally shaded south-facing terrace with a summer kitchen.

Beautiful Property in stunning location

Lovely Villa with lots of space for 8 people. The outside kitchen with grill is a great feature and the pool is a good size. It was July and it was very very hot and I think the villa would benefit from air conditioning as the plug in fans just weren't enough. We had a lovely holiday here and would recommend this Property.

Perfect property for our holiday

This place met all our expectations and more. Bedrooms were with good air-condition/cooling. Kitchen facilities were fine, but mostly we truly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen were we cooked all our meals. We loved the pool area, and the small terraces around and the pétanque area was used several evenings. All in all we conclude that we would live to return another time 😊

Very nice and relaxing

Overall it is a wonderful villa. It is superbly equipped, with plenty of space , the swimming pool is magnificent and the view is superb. The location is also convenient and is a short drive to nice. The villa is nicely decorated. Communication with the owner and manager was easy. Just a few very minor issues: - We had a little problem locating the villa as there wasn't much indication from the road. So, I think the directions could be improved by adding some photos. - As it was over 30C we could have done with more fans as it was very warm inside and out throughout the day and night. - Overall the location is really peaceful, though there was a little noise from the road at night , mainly due to having to have the windows open because of the heat. These are very minor quibbles as we all had a very relaxing time.

Excellent stay at a fantastic house

Our family of four stayed here for a week. We loved every bit of our vacation here. The house is great and all the details are taken care off too. Excellent welcome by Sandrine who showed us around and gave us a nice welcome package. Bottle of wine, some drinks for the boys, very nice. The house is in a good condition. Well equipped kitchen, including all the essential stuff you normally have to buy yourself when renting a house. The airconditioning runs perfectly, altough the thick walls keep out most of the heat anyway. Pool was cleaned regularly, all the beds around the pool were in great condition. The hosts messaged us to check if everything was OK, which we could confirm. The outside kitchen, including extra fridge was a nice feature. All in all, as you can read, would recommend renting this house. Thank you for having us as your guests. Plus feature: public charging for your EV within 400 metres of the house, bakery and grocery store within walking distance too.

Supermooi en ruim huis. De kamers hebben allemaal airco wat heerlijk is. De buitenkeuken en de buitenruimte met zwembad zijn fantastisch. Qua keukengerei is er daadwerkelijk alles en er is heel veel servies en glaswerk. Ook handdoeken en strandlakens worden verzorgd. En omdat er een wasmachine aanwezig, kun je gemakkelijk even een wasje draaien. Het enige minpuntje wat ik zou kunnen bedenken is dat je overal toch wat verder van af zit waardoor je als je ergens naartoe wilt altijd de auto nodig hebt. En gemiddeld ben je dan toch wel meer dan een half uur onderweg. (Denk aan Nice, de leuke badplaatsen in de omgeving)De communicatie en de service waren top. Snelle reactie en altijd even vriendelijk.

Heel leuke vakantie in Gattières

Wij hebben een heel aangename week vakantie gehad in dit vakantiehuisje. Toen we toekwamen werden we hartelijk verwelkomd en kregen we een handige rondleiding in het huisje en op het domein. In het huisje was alles dat we nodig hadden aanwezig en er was een supermarkt op een tiental minuten wandelen. De communicatie met de gastheer verloop ook zeer goed. Zeker een aanrader!

Maison très agréable avec une belle vue sur la vallée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison et le jardin avec piscine sont top. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les différents petits espaces dans le jardin, les 2 cuisines interieures et extérieures bien aménagées. Et les petites attentions comme avoir des produits menagers ,de la lessive, une base de produits alimentaires, un entretien quotidien de la piscine.

Sejour paradisiaque

Nous avions sejourner dans cette villa il y a 2 ans et nous avions tellement apprécié que nous avons sans hésiter decider de réitérer l experience. Nous avons passés une semaine parfaite dans ce joli petit coin de paradis. La villa est juste parfaite.....je recommande 1000 fois. Un petit clin d oeil a Sandrine pour son accueil si genereux.

Très jolie maison dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons séjourné à 7 dans cette maison très agréable et très bien située. Les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée et les espaces extérieurs bien pensés (possibilité de trouver un coin à l’ombre ou au soleil à toute heure de la journée). La communication avec l’hôte était simple et fluide, Sandrine nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie et d’efficacité. Merci !

Une villa à savourer

Un très bon séjour dans cette villa, idéale pour deux familles (8 personnes). L'intérieur est élégant, spacieux et "cocoon". Sans compter le pratique (clim à l'étage et ventilo en bas, en tout, 3 WC et 3 espaces de douche, cuisine équipée...). Mais nous avons surtout apprécié l'extérieur, avec de multiples endroits, donc chaque ado pouvait avoir son espace. La piscine est idéale (un peu plus profonde que les 1m40 annoncés je pense); on a pied partout, donc on peut faire du volley (le filet est installe); mais c'est assez profond quand même pour qu'on se baigne vraiment. Les deux personnes (accueil & entretien piscine) sont serviables et très aimables. La propriétaire nous a aussi appelés pour nous suggérer des balades. C'est certes un peu "escarpé" pour y arriver mais il y a du coup une belle vue dégagée depuis la terrasse et on est tranquilles. Bref, les deux familles n'ont qu'une envie: y revenir.

Adapté à tous les âges

nous sommes venus en famille toutes générations et tout le monde y a trouvé son compte. Les jeunes (Wifi et piscine parfaite) et les vieux (légèrement handicapés et craignant la chaleur). La cuisine est suffisamment équipée pour une cuisine simple. Suffisamment de places de parking pour plusieurs voitures et pour recevoir des invités. Le bémol : une des chambres est mal équipée en terme de literie et d'oreiller et la nécessité de ventiler oblige à entendre le bruit de la route très tôt le matin en semaine.

2 Wochen Erholung pur!

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit den vielen kleinen Details, die praktische Aussenküche, den sauberen Poolbereich, die vielen schönen Plätzchen in der Sonne oder auch im Schatten konnten wir jeden Tag in vollen Zügen geniessen. Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus, schöner Pool, viele Extras

Wir verbrachten drei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus mit unseren zwei Kindern (8 und 11 Jahre alt). Das Haus war für uns vier Personen. sehr geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. So gibt es auch bspw. einen Schuhschrank und eine Garderobe unter der Treppe. Das Haus ist mit vielen kleinen Details liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne überfrachtet zu sein. Die Klimaanlagen in den drei oberen Schlafzimmern haben die Nächte sehr angenehm gemacht. Im Wohnzimmer war eine Klimaanlage für uns nicht nötig. Wir wurden von zwei Freundinnen der Vermieter sehr freundlich begrüßt und in alles eingewiesen. Die Vermieter erkundigten sich auch telefonisch bei uns, ob wir mit allem zufrieden wären oder noch Wünsche hätten. Es gab auch einen Begrüßungskorb mit allerlei Leckereien sowie kalte Getränke und Wein im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Die Innen- und die Außenküche waren gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. In den Badezimmern waren Seife, Duschgel, Schampoo und Waschmittel vorhanden. Der Garten und Außenbereich waren ein Traum. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit genügend schattige Plätze. Jeden Morgen um sieben Uhr kam ein junger Mann vorbei, der den Außenbereich und den Pool säuberte. Es gibt Zitronenbäume, einen Feigenbaum, einen Mandarinenbaum und einen Kiwibaum. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf das Dorf Gattieres und die Hügel in der Ferne haben wir sehr genossen. Gattieres war ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge (z.B. nach Nizza, Monacco, Saint Paul de Vence, Cannes etc.) und für viele Rennradtouren. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und möchten auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen.

Heerlijk verblijf met een superleuke buitenkeuken. Genoten van de rust en de zon in een mooie accomodatie. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er - tot de "poolboy" toe. Hadden we probleem ... een telefoontje en alles werd opgelost.

Haus Gattieres

Sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Das Haus ist jedoch schon ziemlich alt und einige Reparaturen sollten durchgeführt werden. Sie ist auch sehr hellhörig und zusätzlich liegt sie an einer sehr befahrene Straße. Sehr schöner Garten um den Pool!

In 10 Jahren Mietzeit ist es das erste Mal, dass wir vom ersten Tag an eine neue, hochwertige Spüle in der Sommerküche durch Nachlässigkeit Ihrerseits reparieren mussten. Darüber hinaus wurde die Reparatur zu Ihrem Komfort tagsüber durchgeführt. Enttäuscht, auch bemerkt zu haben, dass Sie die Wäscheleine durchbrochen haben, ohne uns zu informieren, während wir unseren Mietern immer zur Verfügung stehen. Auf der Anzeige entsprechen die Fotos der Realität des Mietzustands. Darüber hinaus werden jedes Jahr Reparaturen und Verbesserungen zur Zufriedenheit und zum Wohlbefinden unserer Mieter durchgeführt. Wir hoffen, dass Sie Ihr Glück im nächsten Jahr und vor allem in einer anderen Vermietung finden, die Ihren Anforderungen besser entspricht. Merci pour votre retour. En 10 ans de location, c'est la première fois que dès le premier jour, nous devons faire réparer un évier neuf et de qualité dans la cuisine d'été par négligence de votre part. En outre la réparation a été faite dans la journée pour votre confort. Déçus d'avoir aussi constaté que vous aviez cassé l'étendoir à linge sans nous informer, alors que nous restons toujours à la disposition de nos locataires. Sur l'annonce, les photos sont fidèles à la réalité de l'état de la location. De plus, des réparations et des améliorations sont effectuées chaque année pour la satisfaction et le bien-être de nos locataires. Nous espérons que vous trouverez votre bonheur l'année prochaine et surtout dans une autre location plus adaptée à vos exigences.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passés une semaine exceptionnelle....La villa est magnifique,très bien équipée. Le jardin est un vrai petit coin de paradis.....Nous n avons manqué de rien.L emplacement est idéal. Un grand merci à Sandrine pour son accueil chaleureux ainsi qu à Noah pour sa discrétion et son professionnalisme. Je recommande 1000 fois cette location

Excellent séjour en famille dans une villa très bien équipée et entretenue

Nous avons profité à plein de notre séjour grâce aux contacts réguliers avec Marie Claire qui à distance s'est assurée auprès de nous de tous les sujets d'intendance et nous a conseillé de belles visites et bons plans sur les restaurants alentours. En 14 jours nous n'avons simplement pas utilisé la cuisine d'intérieur et avons fait notre vie autour de l'espace piscine et terrasse avec plancha et feux. Sans être très spacieuse cette villa est parfaitement aménagée pour huit personnes avec des petits coins ombragés (ou pas) accueillants pour chacun. Une personne très discrète passait tous les jours au petit matin pour entretenir l'espace extérieur. Le seul petit bémol concerne la route au dessus de la villa qui à certaines heures est assez passante surtout au petit matin, même si le bruit n'était pas gênant la plupart du temps.

Séjour au top !

Maison parfaite pour notre groupe (2 familles ), très bien pensée , on a profité des extérieurs le plus possible, y compris pour cuisiner ! Jardin , piscine , petits coins ombragés pour la lecture ...à proximité de tout ! Échanges très agréables avec les propriétaires. Mais 8 jours, ça passe trop vite !

Merci à René et Marie Claire, leur mais est superbe, le jardin génial et la piscine super, avec nos enfants nous avons passé 15 jours de repos et de joie, nous reviendrons....
