Located in Oakley, Utah within the greater Park City area, this property gives you the best of both worlds: privacy, panoramic views, & easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, fishing, dining & much more....

Twilight Moon Ranch's "RANCH HOUSE"... is what is listed for the posted daily rate (does NOT include the "BARN HOUSE"). If you would like to rent the entire Ranch it can accommodate up to 32. Ask for more details and rates for BOTH. The BARN HOUSE is not available to rent by itself. It is ONLY available with entire Ranch rental.

THE RANCH:
Just 25 minutes from Park City, & 45 minutes from SLC Airport. The ranch was featured on the Paramount TV series "Yellowstone", during Season 3. Also featured in The Robb Report's the best "Eight Luxury Retreats that will give you the Ultimate Cowboy Vacation" .

Has 16 private acres of tranquil horse & cattle pasture, with a trout filled natural fishing lakes. Catch & Release ONLY.

This is the perfect mountain retreat for families. Special Events, or large parties.

Just close enough to Park City to be convenient, but far enough away that you are not in the midst of that hustle, bustle, traffic, and confusion.. You may want to never leave!

Outside: OH WHAT VIEWS, including a 12 person Hot Tub, Viking BBQ, 70 inch LED TV, covered dining area, fire pit, entry. All surrounded by your own private spectacular trout fishing lake, with rock waterfalls.

Park City, Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort is only a short 25 minute drive. The Weber River, (an acclaimed fly fishing river) is only 1/2 mile away. There is fly fishing, river rafting, mountain hiking, road and mountain biking, horse back riding... all just a few miles away. The property is located on a private gated lane, situated on 16 acres of serene and beautiful horse pasture, all with 360 degrees of mountain peaks. Occasionally, you may see the areas wildlife (deer and elk) while outside fishing in the pond, relaxing in the hot tub, out with the horses, or dining around the fire pit. We also have an acre of green grass... for family sports and games, and an in-ground trampoline.



THE RANCH HOUSE:
This "Mountain Contemporary Ranch House" sleeps up to 22, all in beds.

It has a Gourmet Kitchen for the Master Chef... top of the line Appliances and all the cooking tools (BUT, the magnificent panoramic views may make it hard to keep on cooking). There is an upstairs kids game room (air hockey, foosball, card table, X-BOX X), and a Sports Bar area. Six beautiful bedrooms (all with King Beds, and 2 Masters)... PLUS a kid's bunk room that sleeps 10 kids, (two per full, one per twin). Perfect for Family Reunions... for those special family times. We built it to accommodate our own large family... fun times, laughter, meals, and games.



THE BARN HOUSE, @ Journey's End:
Only available for overflow, from the main Ranch House (at an additional cost), as an additional opportunity for Family Reunions. Sleeps up to additional 10. For larger families, (for The Grand Parents., for example).. who want the "family time"... but also want some Peace & Quiet. The Barn House is located across the pasture, just 1/4 mile away. The tranquility includes sitting "on the lake", to read a book, listen to the birds, watch the wildlife, cows and horses, watch the setting sun, and contemplate a life well-lived. The Ranch House includes 3 bedrooms, its own lake, cedar hot tub, fire ring, trampoline, grass play area, and an amazing sports bar (which opens up onto the lake). Two king bed bedrooms, and a “family suite” bedroom, with King, Queen, Full, Twin.

Our family really enjoyed staying at TMR. The back patio was the perfect hang out spot and the kids loved playing around the yard. It is so peaceful and beautiful! The home had plenty of space for our large family. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home with magnificent view.

Our extended family of 22 stayed at TMR for a week. The house was clean and spacious and beyond beautiful. The yard is large and well groomed with LOTS of patio space. Plenty of room for children to play. The views are magnificent.

Toddler Heaven!

We chose this place between coasts for a family gathering, as 4 family babies had been born during the pandemic. This house was absolutely perfect! It is beautiful, open, airy and welcoming. The toddlers loved feeding carrots to the horses, kicking their feet in the waterfalls and bouncing on the inground trampoline. There is so much to do in the area - mountain biking, rodeo - but honestly, with 4 babies, we were mostly happy to just hang out and enjoy the place. Thank you, Jenny!

Amazing Scenic Property for Every occasion

We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting. Not only was the property amazing, but the residents of the town were delightful. Everyone was amazing and accommodating on every front. Highly recommended spot for everything from a family vacation to a girls' yoga trip. Just lovely.

Absolutely Stunning

We’re a group of close friends from Florida that stayed here for 4 nights. The property did not disappoint. Every amenity you think you need and even some you don’t. Immaculate, beautifully decorated and so spacious we didn’t want to leave. We had dinner reservations in Park City a few nights and decided to cancel and stay in. Property description is spot on and 100% accurate. Jenny was a pleasure to work with and property manager was on top of all our needs. Clearing the driveway of snow, stocking up on firewood. 5 stars start to finish. We’ll definitely return.

Amazing home with everything you want or need!

We had four families TMR with little and big kids and we can’t say enough great things. The home is perfection to say the least! Warm, inviting, spacious and with all the upgrades and amenities you expect and need. The property offers sweeping mountain and lake views as well as offers many indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family. The kitchen and dining spaces are large and made for those who want to cook and feed/entertain many. The bedrooms were large and comfortable as well. Working with the property manager was easy and enjoyable and our entire experience was extremely positive. We would absolutely come back to TMR again! In fact, we are already planning our next trip!

Quiet and Peaceful Yet Close to Amenities

Twilight Moon Ranch was beyond perfect for our group of family friends. Everything was clean and comfortable, well designed for large groups. The kitchen was modern and the second dishwasher was wonderfully helpful. There is an upstairs and downstairs laundry which was also convenient with our large group. The hot tub and fireplace were relaxing for cold temperatures. The house is near the rodeo grounds where our kids enjoyed the playground and skatepark. We were also close to nice restaurants in Kamas and shopping in Park City. Every morning we woke to a beautiful picturesque view. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Our Second Stay!

This was our second visit to TMR for the winter holidays and it was amazing. The accomadations are unbeatable! A large yard for the 8 cousins is just perfect to play in the snow and on the trampoline. The huge open living space with gourmet kitchen allows our 8 adult siblings to be together at all times including while we were preparing our nightly meals. There was plenty of space for all 16 of us and we were again spoiled by each couple having their own spacious room with king sized bed, private bathroom and huge Smart TV with Netflix! Jenny, the owner, is always a phone call or email away and goes above-and -beyond to personalize our stay. She was so gracious by ordering ESPN on a moment's notice to indulge our family's SEC Football addiction. She shares all the local hotspots for dining and entertainment. The local's sled hill did not dissapoint again this year and the Woodside bisquit restaurant was just a fabulous treat, both shared with us by Jenny. We will be back again. We love TMR!

Amazing Getaway!

We enjoyed an absolutely amazing stay at Twilight Moon Ranch! The property is not far from Park City and even Salt Lake City, yet you feel like you are a world away from reality. Beautiful views surround the property and photos cannot capture what you will experience there. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and breathtaking nights under the stars, and the moon lit up the mountains as a backdrop. It really felt like the world was ours! The kids spent hours and hours outside, playing on the trampoline, frisbee on the never ending lawn, looking at the cows, fishing in the pond and just enjoying the outdoors. The house itself is huge, clean and luxurious. We shared the house with four families and there was more than enough room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the game area upstairs and bunk room. The adults had plenty of room to spread out and whether inside or outside, everyone could relax and gather together or enjoy their own space. We loved the gourmet kitchen inside and outdoor kitchen. You can tell that a lot of thought went into designing the space, from big drawers that house dishes, platters, pots, pans and cooking appliances, to conveniently placed electrical outlets. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and linens, each room with it's own bathroom. And, the master bedroom shower was a treat that makes you feel like you are visiting a spa! I cannot say enough good things about Twilight Moon Ranch. It is a wonderful place, enjoyable for all ages, a perfect vacation getaway!

Absolutely Amazing Property

Our extended family of 18 had the most wonderful stay at Twilight Moon Ranch. The house is gorgeously equipped with everything and anything one would need. The grounds are beautifully kept with lots to do right on the property. We loved sitting and catching up around the firepit, relaxing in the huge hot tub, fishing in the lake, and visiting the nearby cows and horses. There was lots of groomed grass for the kids to play baseball, soccer, and throw the lacrosse balls. The house offers a great layout where our family was able to spread out. The cousins loved staying upstairs in the large bunkroom and playing all the games in the game room. All the adults had rooms with king beds and beautiful bathrooms. We used a caterer recommended by Jenny, the owner, to come in each night and cook for us. Jenny has lots of great recommendations for fun activities in the area. We hiked, went ATVing, fly fishing, skeet shooting, visited Olympic Village and even had a yoga instructor come to the house to lead us in a class. Overall, this is the best family vacation we have taken with all the comforts of a large and beautiful home in a breathtaking location. We will be back!!!!

Incredible Property

My wife and I joined some extended family and friends at Twilight Moon Ranch (TMR) two weekends ago and had an absolute blast. It was our first trip to the property and we cannot wait to go back. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends to spend their time together, while also enjoying spacious personal (and private) accommodations. The house is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home and comfortable in the common areas and Great Room, especially. Upstairs there's a living room with games and a bedroom with bunk beds for the younger ones, and the backyard has a large jacuzzi for everyone to enjoy. On our trip, we got fresh snow so we went skiing in Park City, which was an easy 15-minute drive or so, and also went back the following day to walk Main Street and get lunch. Within a mile of TMR is a place to go sledding, hills to snowshoe, and paths for cross-country skiing. It really has something for everyone and we cannot wait to get back there.

Most Amazing Place Ever

Twilight Moon Ranch gets a 10+++. The house was amazing, clean, and the decor was out of Restoration Hardware. The layout of the house was well thought out and accommodated our large group of adults, teens, and babies. There is something for everyone at TMR. We had fun with the air hockey table, the Foosball table and all of the fun game tables upstairs in the game/family room. Located on 16 acres we had a blast fishing out of our own trout pond. It was so much fun watching our little ones catch a fish for the first time! The owner, Jenny was super responsive and great to work with. Her house manager Tom was great and available at a moments notice. I can't wait to visit Twilight Moon Ranch again. It is my favorite of all of the VRBO homes we have rented over the years.

Amazing Accomadations for Large Families

We were extremely happy with our stay at TMR. The home and property lends itself to large families. When the kids were upstairs enjoying family competitions on the Wii and air hockey table, everyone downstairs could still enjoy their laughter and cheers while preparing dinners or sitting by the fireplace. The kitchen was a gourmet cook's dream with absolutely everything one would need to prepare meals for their family. It was a real treat for us Floridians to have a wood burning fireplace that had plenty cut firewood to last us months if we needed after a long day of skiing. Jenny has done a marvelous job providing everything her guests could hope for. We were especially grateful for all the recommendations for services, family activities, restaurants and all the little secrets and hints only a local could know. We look forward to returning to this wonderful home and property.

Great vacation home.

We just spent a week at this amazing property in Oakley, Utah ... What a great vacation. We went there with a few families to celebrate a milestone birthday. The home is beautiful, well appointed and very large. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or just some waffles for breakfast. The surrounding property and views are gorgeous. There is so much to do that will suit all ages. We skied, hiked, shopped, fished and went snowmobiling, just to name a few. I highly recommend booking a trip here, anytime of year would be great.

The perfect place to slow the pace

The property is something out of HGTV Dream Homes. The views you wake up to every morning are both stunning and refreshing.The pictures don't do it justice. My family of 20+ stayed more than comfortable for our week long stay. 6 couples, 1 grandma and about 14 kids. We wished we had the time to stay 2 weeks. The house and property is set up perfectly for the kids to be able to play while the adults get in plenty of quality hang time and conversation. This quality time was much needed as part of the healing process from losing our Dad to cancer the year prior. We shared meals together daily with a kitchen that was fully stocked and allowed everyone to get involved. We equally enjoyed our stay in small-town Kamas. We visited local diners, checked out the local scenery, attended church and made a few quick trips to Park City for some recreation but honestly spent most of our time enjoying each other at the home/property, riding bikes, playing games and creating memorable experiences for us and the kids. It is challenging to find a place where large groups/families can enjoy time together whilst keeping track of the kids. This home accomplishes it by design. Jenny, the owner, was equally great to work with leading up to and during our stay. She checked in regularly and maintained great communication to make sure we enjoyed our time at Twilight Moon Ranch. All I can say is we hope to return in the future and a huge Thank You to Jenny!

Best kept secret for sure!

We rented this house before photos of the inside were even listed on here! After reading the description and talking with Jenny, I knew it was the perfect house for us! My husband and I rented this house for ourselves and our immediate family members for 10 days during our wedding week and when we all arrived, we were just in AWE! It is by far the most beautiful home I have ever seen - it looks like it came out of a Restoration Hardware magazine! Great little town about 20 minutes from Park City which was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time outside the house whether it was on the trampoline, sledding down the hill made from the snow, roasting s'mores in the fire pit or hanging out in the hot tub! With 5 kids, the game room was a huge hit! They spent most of their time up there if we weren't hanging out outside! I wish I could post the beautiful photos I took of the horses that walked out back every morning! Jeff was so extremely helpful and was always available when needed. The kitchen was also a huge hit for my father and my father in law - they are both chef's so they spent most of their time in there cooking up breakfast, lunch and dinner daily! When it came time to leave it was extremely hard as we had such a great time and our families bonded so well. We will definitely be back and would love to rent this house every year for our anniversary! Thank you Jenny for building our dream vacation home :)

We were the first people to rent Twilight Moon Ranch for a family reunion and we cannot wait to go back. The ranch is located in charming Oakley, which has a very laid back appeal with small town charm and kind people but it is only 20 minutes from all the glitz and glam of Park City. The grounds were perfect for our family. The kids had a blast fishing in the stocked pond, jumping on the in-ground trampoline, playing wiffle ball and toasting s'mores in the fire pit. It was good old fashioned fun in wide open spaces which is exactly what our family needed. The adults spent most of the time on the back porch enjoying the view, hanging in the huge hot tub, playing volleyball and board games in the evenings. The house is BEAUTIFULLY decorated with plenty of space for a large group so you don't feel like your stepping on each others toes. It's also very secluded and located on a private, gated road. The homeowners and caretakers were super helpful and bent over backwards to meet our needs. I'm currently in the process of planning a girls trip to Twilight Moon Ranch because I didn't get enough on the last trip.

We then built the Twilight Moon Ranch, for our own family.... 7 Kids, 9 grandkids (so far). We meet at The Ranch every year with the whole clan.
