You enter the property through a large old gate, a short drive leads you to your apartment.
After a day on the beach relax on the terrace which offers a magnificent view of the Montegrosso and take advantage of the pleasant temperature that reigns here at 400m above sea level just 9 km from the sea.
The apartment (40m2) with its beautiful volume due to the height (4.50m) of the vaulted ceilings, can accommodate three adults or two adults accompanied by two young children.
It includes a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large private terrace.
The living room consists of a small living room with a sofa bed in 1.40m (for two young children), a small desk, a table and six chairs, an equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric grill. In the bedroom is a large bed (1.80cm / 2m), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a sofa and a flat-screen TV / DVD / DVD, free WIFI,
