All the rooms are extra spacious and provide a restful retreat after your busy day. Just imagine waking up making coffee in your own room and sitting outside your deck to the beautiful Gulf Waters, a dream come true. It's Paradise . Slip away into breathtaking views, gulf breezes and access to swimming right off our deck and dock. Explore our crystal clear waters. Part of the experience includes Kayaking (included 2 doubles with life vests) right from our steps. Relax in the Sun, use the 10 foot Jacuzzi Spa, and wait for the extraordinary sunsets that change by the minute. Beauty and relaxation surround you without ever leaving the property. However, your vacation will most certainly be enhanced by taking in some of the most notable beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We personally love the Old Seven Mile bridge that offers, walking and biking with unforgettable views. Sombrero Reef is beautiful for snorkeling or swimming and its about 3 miles off-shore. There are several other snorkeling diving sites in Marathon. Marathon has two beaches. Sombrero beach which is beautiful during the winter months. There is also Cocoplum Beach, which is a natural beach. We recommend a drive to Bahia Honda State Park where there are beaches on both the Ocean and Gulf sides. There are many different areas you can go to from our property. In addition, there is a great community park with tennis courts, basketball/hockey courts, skateboarding, soccer fields. baseball fields, shuffleboard courts, boccie ball, picnic areas etc. Marathon is also full of great restaurants and bars, a movie theater and a live theater with performances throughout the year. As a side note, some of the restaurants will be an experience in itself. Great food and ambiance that provide great entertainment and flavors for you palate. Home features high Speed WIFI, Living Area with its own TV, Blue Ray player and Sound System for both indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. A Comfortable sofa with a lounge chair, a reclining chair and a chair with an ottoman. The Dinning Room sits 8-10 Next to the dinning room and kitchen is the bar high Breakfast table with 4 stools. The Kitchen features glass tiles, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and double oven gas stove and corian counters. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans and all cooking accouterments necessary for a cooking feast. The home also features a full size washer and dryer, an Iron and Ironing board. The Bedrooms: Master Suite Number 1- The Periwinkle Room, features, a King size bed, a window seat and two comfy chairs for looking out to the beautiful gulf. It has its own coffee maker, refrigerator, television and blow-dryer. A custom made walk-in-closet and its own en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower. It also has its own deck outside the double doors. This master suite is also adjacent to the outdoor screened Porch with outdoor dinning, seating and the Spa. Master Suite Number 2-Sea Foam Room, features a King Size Bed, a Dresser, Two closets, a Futon Sofa, an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a coffee maker, TV and Blow dryer, a linen closet and its own deck overlooking the Gulf. The Key-lime room, with its own separate entrance off the main home hallway, features a Queen size bed, a Futon Sofa, and an en-suite door to a shared bathroom, a large closet, a desk/vanity area with a lighted mirror, a blow-dryer(in hallway closet) and a TV. This room also features Gulf views through Sliding Glass doors shared with the Ocean Blue Room, the sliding doors can be tucked into the wall for an open feel or can be locked for privacy,It also features privacy and sound barrier curtains. The Ocean Blue room, has a separate entrance through the living area of the home. It features Captains Beds, that can be used as two King Beds or 4 Twin Beds. This room has its own TV, Games, Closet, Dresser and floor chairs. The outdoors is where it is at you have swimming access to the clear Gulf Waters. Deep Water Dock, with dockage for your boat. 2 Kayaks which can be launched into the water with the use of ropes. snorkel gear, beach towels, lounge hairs and outdoor adirondack chairs.
