Settimana a Castiglioncello

La proprietà è molto grande, pulita e munita di tutti i servizi. A 150 metri dal mare, roccioso ma molto pulito. Nonostante fosse la settimana di ferragosto siamo riusciti a trovare posto in una spiaggia pubblica gestita da una comunità, gli Amici del Mare

Casa rumorosa

Casa su due piani il piano superiore direi perfetto come materassi letti luminosità ampiezza. Tutto direi apposto anche le finestre a tetto. Il piano disotto una camera da letto tutto bene. Nell'altra camera un letto si è rotto appena seduti. Il proprietario appena telefonato a subito detto è ma se i ragazzi ci saltano! Noi abbiamo detto che i ragazzi erano al piano di sopra. Poi è prontamente arrivato e abbiamo rimediato con un letto veramente buono al piano di sopra. Lo spazio comune cucina soggiorno per 6 persone è totalmente insufficiente. La posizione è buonissima per il mare ma è sulla strada principale che ti uccide le orecchie e quasi non riesci a parlare a finestre aperte. Peccato perché l'appartamento è molto valido!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La struttura è ben attrezzata e a pochi metri dal mare. Molto comoda anche la vicinanza al supermercato. L'unica pecca è che la casa si trova su una strada un po' rumorosa. 😊

Das Inserat verspricht im Prinzip nichts, was die Wohnung nicht auch halten kann. Man sollte allerdings aufmerksam lesen und hinschauen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und haben bei dieser Anzahl einige Dinge schon etwas vermisst, v. a. eine etwas grössere und funktionalere Küche (z. B. Geschirrspüler, mehr Kochbesteck und Geschirr) oder mehr Sitzgelegenheiten als nur die Küchenstühle und zwei Lehnstühle. Die Promenade ist sehr nah; wie attraktiv man die Badegelegenheiten dort findet, prüfe man am besten anhand einiger Fotos im Netz. Die Strasse vor dem Haus hat Verkehr. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern (und eingeschalteter Klimaanlage) stört das aber eher nicht. Bei den Parkplätzen hingegen muss man aufpassen: Unser VW Sharan passte in die Garage im UG nicht wirklich hinein. Auf der Strasse selbst muss man sich mitunter etwas gedulden, bis eine Lücke frei wird. Insgesamt also eine akzeptable Wohnung, in dieser Preisklasse könnte man aber hier oder dort vielleicht etwas mehr erwarten.

Friendly place close to the beach

Bright, clean and well-equipped flat, nice details, good beds. Ideal for families, a short walk to the beach. You should be aware of the fact that you have to pass through two of the bedrooms to reach the last one. Secure parking available. Very friendly and helpful owner. The only downside is the road outside, which can be a bit noisy. We would be glad to return.

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa settimana a Castiglioncello nella comoda e accogliente casa del signor Orsi. La posizione è ideale per andare al mare, andare in centro al paese e vicino ad altri servizi. La casa è bella, curata e non manca nulla per una vacanza eccezionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Alles reibungslos!

Virgilio, der Vermieter, ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen, obwohl die Kommunikation etwas kompliziert war. Wir sprachen leider kein Italienisch und er kaum Englisch oder Deutsch. Trotzdem war das kein Problem und wir verständigten uns mit Händen und Füßen. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern und es fehlte uns an nichts (es gab Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher sowie Putzmittel und Toilettenpapier). Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser süßen Stadt!

komfortabel und sauber

Die Wohnung war sehr gross und sauber.Küche Ausgestattet in Teller ,Töpfe usw. Insgesamt waren drei Zimmer mit Ehebetten ausgestattet und ein mit drei Einzelbetten. Zwei Bäderzimmer . Zu der Wohnung gehörte auch eine Garage aber ehe für kleine Fahrzeuge. Ein Einkaufsgeschäft COOP befindet sich ca. 10 min Fussweg , Restaurant oder eine Eisdiele noch näher.

Ottima la vacanza, fatta all'inizio di giugno. La casa esattamente come descritta sul sito e dagli altri vacanzieri. Corredata davvero di tutto. Non è il classico appartamento al mare arredato da scarti e robe vecchie e riciclate o rotte come spesso si trovano e mi è capitato di trovare. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro paese e dalle varie località turistiche se si volesse fare gite in auto. Persino la fermata dell'autobus è a pochi passi. Il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile. E da bravo toscano pure simpatico. Credo che ci ritorneremo.

Proprio un bel soggiorno!

Sì, appartamento vivibilissimo e spazioso per 9 adulti, con due bei bagni grandi. Consegnatoci con puntualità, pulito e in buonissimo stato, proprio come presentato nelle fotografie. Tuttti i servizi come, banca, panificio, fruttivendolo, ristoranti ecc. tutti nelle vicinanze, anche a piedi. Il supermecato si trova a circa 1 km., molto comodo...insomma da consigliare. Il Signor ORSI è sempre stato disponibile, specie durante i mesi precedenti al soggiorno. Lo ringraziamo inoltre per aver contattato e poi consigliato a noi lo stabilimento balneare.

PULIZIA E CORDIALITA'

Abbiamo trovato una soluzione di vacanza ideale! L'accogliienza del Sig.Orsi e' stata cordiale e simpatica, la casa e' pulita e piena di tutto cio' che serve . L'ubicazione della casa permette di giungere in centro o al supermercato con facilita' , La strada e' un po' rumorosa in quanto di gran traffico , ma la bellezza del luogo e l'aria salubre che si respira rende tutto stupendo. Ottima soluzione anche per un gruppo di otto adulti come il nostro. Alla prossima ......

Soggiorno piacevole ,appartamento pulito e attrezzato . La cordialità del sig.Orsi ci ha messo subito a nostro agio.La posizione dell'appartamento pernette di raggiungere sia il centro di Castioncello che i negozi e supermercato. Il mare e il posto incantevole hanno fatto del nostro soggiorno una vacanza piacevolissima. L'appartamento ha risposto alle esigenze di otto adulti in modo confortevole .alla prossima....

Appartamento molto curato e vivibilissimo

L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari, servito di lenzuola, stoviglie e tutti i comfort (piastra a induzione, condizionatore, vasistas automatici, forno a microonde, aspirapolvere, no lavatrice). Molto vivibile anche per un gruppo di due adulti e cinque bambini come il nostro. Il proprietario è cortese e disponibile. Accesso al mare vicinissimo e logisticamente ci si trova in ottima posizione per visitare Castiglioncello a piedi e le meravigliose spiagge dei dintorni con pochi minuti di macchina. Garage interno molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo !

Appartamento ristrutturato, pulito e accogliente

L'appartamento, disposto su due piani, è completamente ristrutturato, con rifiniture e dettagli molto curati e di buon gusto. Il soggiorno è stato più che piacevole, grazie anche al fatto dell'ottima vivibilità all'interno dell'appartamento stesso. Non manca nessun tipo di comfort: condizionatori d'aria (caldo/freddo), piastre ad induzione, aspirapolvere, ed altri accessori già presenti nell'appartamento. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e viene spesso incontro ad esigenze di qualsiasi tipo. Infine, l'appartamento è situato in un'ottima posizione, molto vicino al mare ed al centro. Inoltre vi è ampia disponibilità di parcheggio per le autovetture. Concludo quindi dicendo di essere pienamente soddisfatto del soggiorno.
