You will be given the keys that will allow you complete autonomy in the management of your holiday.
It is specified that the supply and the NORMAL consumption of hot water, electricity, gas are included in the price.
At the end of your holiday the only extra expense will be a fixed fee for general cleaning of € 15/00 per guest excluding your children up to sixteen years of age. A security deposit of € 30 per guest will be required on arrival. to pay for any significant damage.
The security deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday, not finding any anomaly in the furnishings and furnishings. A related rental contract will be stipulated to formalize what has been communicated to you so far and to fulfill the related legal obligations
