ideal geographical context, with lots of space. Apartment in Villa on the sea, IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO LOVE TO SPEND YOUR OWN HOLIDAYS IN ABSOLUTELY QUIET AND IN CONTACT WITH NATURE. Located on the sea. Arranged on three levels, the furnishings and the garden are treated in detail. Composed of 2 entrances, 2 independent living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and 2 kitchens. The furniture is comfortable. The apartment is equipped with all external aluminum openings with soundproof windows. Very bright and ventilated. The garden furnished with deckchairs, barbeque adorned with palm trees and plants, very large terrace suitable for families. The keys will be handed over by the owner from 16.00. At departure, the properties must be vacated by 10.00 am inclusive, washing machine and heating. FOR any hire of linen and bath towels the cost is extra.
