Lily's House is a a newly renovated apartment with spacious terrace and air condition, very quite and close to the Old harbor of Genoa (where there are a lot attractions), the Prince's Palace, and the famous old center of Genoa. Easy to reach all the other interests place trough metro. Free parking in the area (depend on availability). Closest beach around 15 minutes by car or by bus. (1,7km from historical center)

For children: high chair and cot available on request.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and a big terrace with armchairs, table and BBQ. Perfect for 2 people.

At 300 meters there is a metro station through which you can reach other places of interest.

Provides linens and towels, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.

In the house you will find: air condition, Lcd tv, wifi, iron, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee maker, toaster, juicer, microwave, dock for iphone and many city guides.

In front of the street bus stop, supermarket around 50mt, at 300 meters there is a metro station through which you can reach other places of interest.

Train station Porta Principe 1 metro stop away to go in the nearest place outside Genova such as Portofino, Camogli and Cinque Terre.

Nearest beach around 15 minutes.

Patrizia picked us up at the station and brought us to the apartment where she.had prepared a lovely tea for us it was so nice. We had everything we needed in the apartment Patrizia has wonderfull taste I loved the theme of the sea thank you for a fabulous holiday I can say it's the best apartment we've stayed in

We'll be back!!

Our first time in Genoa and we really enjoyed our week in this apartment. There are easy links into the city and further afield from the tube station (5 mins walk) and regular bus services, so we decided not to hire a car. An excellent local covered-market, which provided fresh fish, bread and pastries and a wonderful deli meant that we had some meals at home and the outdoor space is perfect for home dining. The apartment is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and Patrizia went out of her way to make us welcome - which included collecting us from the train station late at night. We also contacted her when we had problems with the wi-fi connection and Patrizia dealt with this straightaway. A great base, with a delightful host, thanks for everything and we hope to return soon.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit persönlichem Flair! Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Bett ist super bequem! Die Lage ist für die Stadterkundung perfekt! Die kleine Terrasse ist im Sommer bestimmt schön, macht das Apartment aber leider sehr dunkel!

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, nicht weit weg von der Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch bequem mit dem Bus, der direkt vor der Türe hält. Kommunikation lief immer zeitnah und freundlich. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bestens empfehlen für einen Kurztrip nach Genua.

Für Kurztripps eine super Wohnung

Wir haben uns Ansich ganz wohl gefühlt und würden für einen Kurzen aufenthalt auch wieder buchen, aber für ganze 2 Wochen war es dann doch etwas bedrückend. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und sehr dunkel. In den Hof, der ganz schön ist zum draußen sitzen, kommt die Sonne nur, wenn sie auch genau drüber steht. Ebenso gingen die Steckdosen nicht im Bad und im Essbereich, zudem war der Staubsauger kaputt... einfach viele Kleinigkeiten die bei einem Kurzen Aufenthalt nicht ins Gewicht fallen würden. Trotz allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und Hilfsbereit!

Dear Barbara, I'm really surprised of your reviews... a bit depressing? My apartment is fully of all the service you can ask: Nespresso coffee machine and American coffee machine, liquors to taste, air condition, terrace with chairs, toaster, juicer, microwave oven, washing machine, iPhone speakers... I don't know where you will find all these at this price (not in a 5 stars hotel) A lot of things don't work? I really don't know what you mean except the vacuum that probably was broken (but there are the broom).

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé et décoré dans un quartier calme.

3 jours très agréable dans la très belle ville de Gênes qui foisonne de site à visiter et d’agréables balades. L’appartement est parfait situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre et en face d’un arrêt de bus. Un supermarché se trouve à 100 mn.

30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen, Bereich Aquarium. Knappe Stunde ins Zentrum zu Fuß. Parkplätze im Parkbereich vorm Supermarkt gegenüber, zu 90% bekommt man einen. Wer mit Hunden verreist, kleiner Park in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Beschreibung Wohnung entspricht der Einrichtung. Wohnung war gut, ruhiges Haus.

Perfekt für Stadterkundung

Diese kleine, gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen. Direkt gegenüber liegt die Fermata und ein gut bestückter Supermarkt. In kurzer Zeit ist man am Aquarium, von wo aus man in die quirlige Altstadt läuft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, der kleine Garten im Sommer bestimmt ein Segen und das wird ergänzt durch die herzliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Wunderbare Ferien in Genua :-)

Wir haben vom 13.07.-22.07.2019 in Lilys House wunderbare Ferien in Genua verbracht! Der Check-in mit Patrizia war sehr gut. Sie hat uns herzlichst in Genua/Lilys House mit kaltem Sekt und Küchlein empfangen und uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Wir haben von ihr auch tolle Tipps zum Essen gehen, einkaufen und fürs kostenlose Parken erhalten. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und das Appartement ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Unser Fazit: Wunderbarer Urlaub - wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. :-) Definitiv 5 Sterne!!! Vielen lieben Dank an Patrizia und Enrica. L'appartamento è molto moderno, c' è la musica nella doccia! È attrezzato con cura e amore. La terrazza ombreggiata e come avere un po' di natura nel centro della citta. Grazie mille a Patrizia per la calda accoglienza! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, es gibt sogar Musik in der Dusche! Sie ist sehr liebevoll und sorgfältig eingerichtet. Die schattige Terrasse bietet ein bisschen Natur mitten in der Stadt. Vielen Dank an Patrizia für den warmen Empfang!

Trés chouette appartement

Nous avons passé un séjour très pluvieux à Genova, et nous avons d'autant plus apprécié l'appartement de Patrizia qui est très agréable. De plus, notre hôte avait préparé plusieurs petites attentions . Nous n'avons pas pu profité malheureusement de la très jolie terrasse à cause du mauvais temps. Très bien situé. Nous conservons cette adresse et la conseillons.

Everything you need in one lovely little apartment

Firstly, I'd like to express how fantastic Patrizia was at being our host. We arrived at the very clean and stylish apartment to freshly made Italian pastries, and Patrizia took the time to tell us a bit about Genoa and surrounding areas. Bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated place with everything you would need for a break. The shower looks amazing, but we couldn't work out how to use it properly however, the main shower head still worked fine. Pretty much next door to the supermarket which has everything you need. Great transport connections (metro and buses), and not far from the airport at all. - cab cost us 20 EURO. Thanks for everything Patrizia. We wish you all the best! x

Kleine Oase mitten im quirligen Genua

Zwei Wochen haben wir in dieser kleinen, modernen und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung (z. B. sehr gute Klimaanlage!) verbracht. Patrizia hat uns herzlich und mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten empfangen und bei der Abreise unterstützt. Die kleine Terrasse war ein Rückzugsort, der uns zum Frühstück wie zum Lesen einlud. Der Standort war perfekt: Die Metro war 5 Minuten entfernt; die Bushaltestelle und ein toller Supermarkt lagen gegenüber. Für einen Stadturlaub war das ein perfekter Standort. un weekend prolongé à Genova chez Patrizia

Merci à Patrizia pour son accueil très chaleureux, de très gentilles attentions : des chocolats et un délicieux gâteau nous attendaient . l'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de soin, il est confortable et très bien situé. La ville est à échelle humaine , il est facile de s'y déplacer à pieds. la vieille ville est très typique, animée mais pas étouffante . Bcp d'adorables petits restaurants, bcp de sourires et d'hospitalité. en prime , de belles expositions : Modigliani, Erwitt et Cartier Bresson. IL est agréable aussi de se promener en bord de mer jusqu'au typique village de Boccadasse, mais éviter le dimanche. En résumé , un weekend dépaysant, gastronomique , culturel et chaleureux. Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, die alles bietet, was zwei Personen benötigen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kommt von dort sehr schnell zu Fuß oder mit der Metro in die Stadt. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

Bellissimo appartamentino

Lily's house rappresenta un superlativo compromesso prezzo qualità. Delizioso nella disposizione e nella scelta degli arredi (inclusa la doccia con opzione multigetto e musica), perfettamente pulito al nostro arrivo, l'appartamento si trova in una zona leggermente separata dal centro di Genova, ma assolutamente comoda e vicina ai principali siti d'interesse, anche grazie alla vicinanza di ogni tipo di mezzo: treno (stazione Principe a pochi minuti, metropolitana praticamente sotto casa, imbarco navi, autobus a gogò). Da non trascurare la presenza di negozi e supermermercati nelle immediatissime vicinanze e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Dulcis in fundo Patrizia, la padrona di casa, estremamente gentile, simpatica e disponibile. Grazie ancora, Patrizia. A presto!
