Everything was PERFECT!! We had a wonderfull holiday, and a big part of it was this apartment. Very tasteful and stylish furnishing, we had comfortably enough space for 4 ppl, fully equipped kitchen, very quite washing machine (we used it daily for our bathing suits), very good fridge and cute and big kitchen! Eric and Sylvie are very helpful and available, responses to my messages came very fast and we were greeted personally in the apartment. And the best - it is only 3-4 Minutes by foot to Cannes train station and buses around the corner, 10 minutes to plage du Midi, but still no noise inside. The A/C works 1000% good :-) It saved us few times. We loved all of it!! So thankful for everything! And yes - no elevator, and it did not "kill" us :-), it was great to be above the street level!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, sehr gepflegt und toll eingerichtet… alles was man braucht ist da! Selbst ein Parkplatz und ein kleiner Balkon fürs morgendliche Frühstück zum ruhigen Hof. Ein sehr bequemes Bett, ein riesiges Walk-in-Closet und zwei Fernseher! Eine der schönsten Wohnungen in denen ich in 13 Jahren Cannes je gewohnt habe. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen! Herzlichen Dank an Sylvie & Eric für alles!!!

un petit havre de paix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet adorable appartement, nous avons apprécié ses pièces agréables, sa belle hauteur sous plafond, son petit balcon qui donne sur une cour verdoyante...La literie est très confortable, et il y avait sur place un lit parapluie, une chaise haute, des jouets pour la plage, ce qui était bienvenu! Eric et Sylvie sont charmants et très serviables, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans cette location, que nous recommandons chaudement.

Appartamento funzionale e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere Croisette e spiagge.

Buona accoglienza, solo un problema con chiusura del frigorifero che abbiamo segnalato al proprietario, tutti gli altri elettrodomestici in perfette condizioni e biancheria in grande quantità. La città è parecchio caotica e piena di traffico, probabilmente perché abbiamo trascorso le vacanze nelle settimane centrali d'agosto. Spiagge libere pulite e acqua trasparente in particolare di mattina. Comunque abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole!
