It is surrounded by great walls of 2m 50, and a large secure and enclosed park offering a shaded terrace of 40 m² under the big lime tree. The interior leaves nothing to be desired. the summer, you will be thrilled with its freshness and winter you will be charmed by the comfort of home. We find all the local shops 2 minutes. The environment is ideal for sports and tourism original discoveries. independently owned, which only you have the enjoyment of the house and no other tenant park, nor owner nearby.
Off season, please ask for an offer for prolonged or regular weekday stays.

Une semaine partagée avec une dizaine d'amis sans se marcher sur les pieds dans cette maison aux vastes volumes. Le confort du poêle qui ronronnait d'aise et la tranquillité de ses murs au centre de Crest. Bref, un réveillon de retraités ... qui aiment partager cuisine et détente.

Maison spacieuse et magnifique côté déco et patine des meubles dans un cadre très agréable et reposant. La maison était très propre et chaleureuse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire ... Nous n'avons manqué de rien tout était à disposition et en bon état. Nous avons apprécié les grandes chambres individuelles. Les conseils pour les visites se sont révélés très pertinents . Seul bémol : le jardin d'agrément manque de fleurs !!!!

Séjour très agréable dans une belle région.

Belle maison , lumineuse et bien aménagée, très spacieuse (volumes des salons et des chambres !). Très bien située (centre ville à pied) et calme. Grand jardin, mais qui manque un peu de fleurs. Découverte d'une belle région. Point noir : l'impossibilité d'utiliser la machine à laver pendant notre séjour.

Une adresse à partager....

"La Demeure", une bien agréable maison très spacieuse, lumineuse, silencieuse et harmonieusement restaurée , décorée , dans des nuances douces et chaleureuses. Meubles anciens joliment peints Idéalement située dans la ville de Crest dominée par son imposant donjon, proche des nombreux commerces, marchés, restaurants, cinémas .... et point de départ intéressant pour partir à la découverte de la Drôme. Grand jardin ombragé un peu.....abandonné qui n attend qu un petit aménagement à venir! Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire attentif et toujours très réactif si besoin Une "Demeure" à retenir...pour le plaisir!

TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR LA DEMEURE EST PARFAITE

Très bon séjour pour être en familles et très fonctionnelles lieu de vacances idéal, les chambres sont très spacieuses et le parc est sécurisé pour les enfants à proximité des commerces je le recommande fortement.

Beau séjour

La maison est pleine de charme et parfaite pour passer un bon moment entre amis ou en famille. Elle est idéalement située dans Crest, à deux pas de la vieille ville, de la Drôme... Elle est très bien équipée et les lits sont très confortables. Par contre, il est à noter que c'est une maison de ville et quelques chambres donnent sur la rue. Quand nous y avons séjourné, tous les aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs n'étaient pas achevés, ce qui explique les 3 étoiles. Quand tout sera achevé, nul doute qu'elle en aura cinq!
