It 'a simple apartment, but tastefully furnished and bright. It 'also been conceived to ease of cleaning and maintenance. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. The area is quiet and the view really incomparable. The locals are very friendly. The house is very cool in summer thanks to the breeze coming from the sea. Just outside the medieval village of Guardistallo, conveniently within walking distance, the hills near the coast of the Etruscans, full of countless beaches, in a small and quiet residence with parking and communal gardens, apartment of 45 sqm. with panoramic views of the valley and the sea, the first and last floor, in an area where a delicious breeze blowing that mitigates the summer heat. Balcony space sheltered by a tent, where you can eat while enjoying the sunset or relax on a deck chair, 1 double bedroom (bed 170 cm), large bathroom with shower and toilet, hallway / utility room, living room with kitchen, complete with gas stove and oven, double sofa bed (140 cm), TV, on demand bed and highchair (on request when booking). Small garden shared with the owner. Washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. Provides detergents for cleaning and a basic equipment of salt, pepper, olive oil Tuscan hills, sugar and coffee to make your stay more enjoyable. They are also available umbrella and beach chairs. Sehr schönes Appartment auf einem Hügel in der Toskana. Vom Balkon aus kann man übers Land bis zum Meer schauen und am Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Check-in und Check-out sind problemlos. Der Kontakt mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin ist unkompliziert. Empfehlenswert .

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Verbesseurngsmöglichkeiten

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Der Balkon mit dem Blick aufs entfernte Meer ist sehr schön. Auch die Lage in den toskanischen Hügeln ist toll. Für uns sehr wichtig: Es gab ein vernünftiges Bett mit ordentlichen Matratzen. Auch die Waschmaschine, die im Erdgeschoss liegt, lief super. Die Besitzer waren wirklich sehr nett und hatten zu unserer Begrüßung Wasser und Obst bereit. Auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Es gibt aber durchaus Möglichkeiten, die Wohnung mit wenig Aufwand deutlich zu verbessern: Aus unserer Sicht sollten unbedingt Mückengitter in die Fenster eingebaut werden. Da es sehr warm war, konnten wir nur mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, was zu einigen Mückenstichen führte. Außerdem sollte der Kühlschrank, der eine defekte Dichtung hat und nur sehr schwer zuging, einmal ausgewechselt werden. Außerdem war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht richtig sauber. Insbesondere die Küche und der Kühlschrank waren etwas dreckig und mussten extra nochmal geputzt werden. Das Bad war allerdings sauber.

Grazie per la sua recensione David. Probabilmente in futuro provvederemo a installare una zanzariera in camera, non ne avevamo mai avuto bisogno, clima fresco e poche zanzare, ma il cambiamento di clima in questi ultimi due anni sta portando conseguenze e dovremo provvedere. Per quanto riguarda lo sportello del frigorifero, non è stato possibile farlo riparare per tempo, non ha certo bisogno di essere cambiato visto che funziona bene. Ho curato personalmente la pulizia e sono sicura di aver fatto un buon lavoro, comunque le avevo anche detto di comunicarmi se qualcosa non andava bene che avrei provveduto a rimediare. la ringrazio per aver scelto il mio appartamento. Wunderschöne Toskana

Schönster Toskana-Urlaub

Ganz toller Urlaub

Wir haben die Wohnung genau wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Auch der versprochene Wind wehte, sodass wir die Nächte auch ohne Klimaanlage aushalten konnten (allerdings Mückenschutz einpacken!). Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und die Siedlung ist sauber und sehr schön. Unsere Kinder 5 und 8 konnten auch etwas alleine die Gegend ums Haus erkunden. Zum Strand fährt man 15min und wir haben dort auch einen schönen Platz gefunden. Wir wurden im Haus mit einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wasser empfangen, es waren. Was besonders gut war auch, dass wir weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher mitnehmen mussten, lediglich Strandtücher hatten wir dabei. Guardistallo und das benachbarte Montescudaio bieten kleine Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants, sodass wir uns auch mal auf die schnelle versorgen und sehr lecker essen konnten. Im Dorf war auch ein sehr guter Bäcker. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca war sehr nett per Mail und ihre Tochter stand vor Ort für Fragen zur Verfügung. Alles war sehr unkompliziert! Vacanza in paradiso

Sono anni che si va in vacanza a Guardistallo, di residence ne abbiamo girati, ma mai ci siamo trovati così bene. Un particolare mi ha colpito di questo appartamento: aprire gli armadi e sentire profumo di pulito, di fresco. Grazie Francesca, penso proprio che ritorneremo nella tua bella casa.

Am liebsten sofort wieder buchen

Wir reisen schon seit 27 Jahren in die Toscana. Aber wir haben uns in keinem Domizil so wohl gefühlt, wie in der Wohnung von Francesca Ceri. Einrichtung, Ausstattung und vor allem der grandiose Ausblick aufs Meer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir das im nächsten Jahr dort genauso wieder genießen können.

Abbiamo trovato per caso questa sistemazione per il mare e non, infatti si trova solo a 10 km dalla spiaggia di Cesena e precisamente a Guardistallo. Nella descrizione c’è scritto tutto ma vi sorprende comunque nella dotazione di ogni confort che trovi. Qualsiasi cosa vi viene in mente qui la trovate. Casa splendida, fresca puliti e con una vista unica. Consigliatissima. Grazie

Mysig lägenhet med bra läge

Francesca var mycket trevlig och gav snabba svar på frågor före vistelsen. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch, kanske inte toppmodern men funktionell. Den hade högt läge med utsikt över kullar och olivlunder åt tre håll och man såg även solnedgången i Medelhavet. Vi gillade verkligen läget med flera mysiga byar inom ett par minuter per bil eller till fots, cirka 20 minuter till havet och 30 minuter till Volterra. /Familj från Sverige

Cozy apartment with beautiful view!

We had a great holiday with a small dog in this nice apartment. Francesca decorated it lovely and it is equipped with everything you need.The bed is very comfortable and in the apartment is enough storage space for your own things. Everything was very clean. Francesca and her family welcomed us very friendly and were always very helpful. We can recommend the accommodation to everyone and would come again ourselves.

Un site exceptionnel et un appartement accueillant

La vue depuis le balcon de l'appartement est un régal toscan : les collines parsemées de cyprès glissent lentement vers la mer. L'appartement est à la hauteur de ce qui est décrit, accueillant et joliment personnalisé. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et discrets. Ce fut un séjour très agréable avec des visites variées chaque jour (bourgs fortifiés, sites étrusques, ...).

Guardistallo un piccolo gioiello sulle colline pisane, un appartamento Splendido con vista mare top.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento situato in un bel residence,sulle colline pisane.Appartamento devo dire dotato di ogni confort , con una vista incomparabile sul mare della costa degli Etruschi e su Cecina in particolare. Cenare vedendo tramonti da togliere il fiato è stata una esperienza magnifica, ed il senso di tranquillità non è da meno.Con il mare a 15 /20 minuti, è possibile pranzare direttamente in appartamento per poi tornare tranquillamente a mare a metà pomeriggio. Alla sera essendo in collina fa sempre più fresco e ventilato cosa da non sottovalutare. Rapporto con i proprietari, ottimo molto socievoli e disponibili, omaggiati cl nostro arrivo con due bottiglie di vino ben gradite. Credo che ritornerò a riassaporare questi bei momenti in una zona della toscana fra le più belle.

Very clean and well furbished flat, between sea and hills. An ideal place to hop from the dog beach to more cultural and beautiful places in Tuscany. Interesting to know, the smooth sea brease rises every evening while you are enjoying your drink on the beautiful terrace with a splendid panorama. We were here for two weeks. two adults, our seven years old girl and our 9 month old doggie. We all highly recommend this appartment and the kindness of the owners.

Hervorragende Ferienunterkunft!

Alles, was man benötigt, um sich wohlzufühlen und jeden Tag gern ins Quartier zurückzukehren, ist vorhanden. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, exzellente Lage, Sicht bis zum Meer, ruhige Wohnanlage, sehr nette, angenehme Vermieter. Punktevergabe auf der Skala 1 bis 10: 10!
