About this property

Cottage in the west wing of a manor at St-Thelo

The rented house is situated in the west wing of a Manor Marchand linen built in the early 18th century. It was completely renovated in 2010, in the style of the time keeping all the wealth of the place (firm, exposed beams and stone, slate and granite fireplace).
'LAPILERIE" is an ecologic cottage, isolated wool flax and hemp, with country wood (oak and Douglas fir), masonry with lime and hemp, floor terracotta ground floor and real LINOLEUM in the rooms, paint and stain 'ecolabel' heat pump.
You will find an all-electric kitchen fully equipped with cutlery for 12 and all necessary utensils.
You will enjoy your terrace (table, 8 chairs, parasol, barbecue) on courtyard and enclosed garden.
A heated and secured pool is available from april to september.

Nous recommandons grandement !

Couple très accueillant, toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour que nous passions de super vacances. Nous étions 3 adultes et 5 enfants en bas âges (entre 2 et 7 ans). Extérieurs bien équipés (trampoline, cages de foot...) qui permettaient aux enfants de pouvoir jouer dehors et aux parents d'être serein pour relâcher la surveillance (jardin fermé) Village agréable avec à proximité quelques animaux et un lac pour des balades à vélo. Nous recommandons ! Si nous devions trouver un axe d'amélioration, le four n'etait pas idéal pour la cuisson mais in fine nous avons bien mangé notre quiche ;-) Merci pour ces vacances

Wir genossen 2 Wochen in einer großzügigen Ferienwohnung, die umfassend ausgestattet ist. Die Vermieter wohnen selbst auch im Anwesen und sind immer ansprechbar, wenn man Wünsche hat und machen was möglich, auch möglich. Wir haben auch gerne von Ihren Vorschlägen zur Tourenplanung profitiert. Wir sind rundum zufrieden, können uns nur bei unseren Vermietern auf Zeit herzlichst bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.

Ideales Ziel für Bretagne-Erkundung mit dem Auto

Nach einer Woche Belle Ile bei Freunden wollten wir noch einige Tage verschiedene Ziele in der Bretagne besuchen und suchten daher eine zentrale Ferienwohnung. Wir fanden über Internet diese Wohnung, riefen ad hoc (2 Tage vorher) an und bekamen sie äußerst preiswert (da nur für 5 Tage und 2 Personen). Die Ferienwohnung übertraf alle unseren Erwartungen - natürlich im positiven Sinne! Ich kann mich nur weitestgehend der Beschreibung und dem Urteil von Olaf/Berlin anschließen. Noch der Hinweis auf einige wichtige Punkte: Auto ist ein Muss (da kleines Dorf in der "Walachei") - vor Ort gibt es Parkplatz/Garage, in der Ferienwohnung sind Satelliten-TV mit allen deutschen Sendern und Internet-Anschluss (LAN/WLAN) vorhanden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war auch ein PC verfügbar, den wir aber wegen eigenem Notebook nicht benutzt haben. Damit kann man prima aktuelle Informationen einholen, Ausflüge planen Ziele aussuchen, ... Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Gruß, Dieter

Absolument Parfait

Nous étions 3 enfants et 4 adultes, parfaitement installés dans le gite "les tisserands", spacieux, bien equipé, avec une partie du jardin privative sans aucun vis à vis, un jardin ou les framboises sont délicieuses, une piscine, balancoire, terrain pour jouer au foot, raquettes etc...Un accueil très chaleureux et même une aide précieuse en cas de panne de voiture... La Bretagne s'est montré sous son meilleur jour,De très belle balade à faire autour du gîtes. Merci Gwenaelle et Serge pour votre accueil.

La Pilerie

Una autentica casa bretone, d'epoca ma ottimamente ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni elettrodomestico (da lavatrice a lavastoviglie fino a microonde con grill) e comfort (accesso internet wifi decisamente veloce, tv con satellite e lettore dvd), più piscina, ping-pong e altro. Davvero le foto non rendono! Gentilissimi i proprietari. Ottima la posizione: baricentrica rispetto alla Bretagna, vicina a niente (centro più vicino Loudeac, 10 km) ma consente di andare a tornare in giornata in ogni angolo della Bretagna.

Pour un séjour au calme assuré

superbe semaine au gite de la Pillerie, qui est très spacieux, très propre, confortable, et la piscine est géniale !!!!! (les photos parlent d'elles mêmes) . Pour se reposer au calme et se détendre.... c'est l'endroit idéal :) La Bretagne est vraiment un endroit magnifique, de beaux paysages, plages géniales et de belles ballades !! Merci à Gnew et Serge pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans problème passer d'autres vacances ou week-end prolongés au manoir. A partager sans modération. tranquilidad y relajación.

Es un pueblo pequeño situado en un punto mas o menos centrico de la bretaña francesa, con lo cual es recomendable si deseas tranquilidad y descanso o si quieres visitar la region, aunque tendras que hacer unas cuantas horas de coche. La casa es muy tranquila y acogedora, es amplia y muy bien equipada. Si necesitas algo los dueños estan dispuestos a ofrecerte lo que necesites. Tiene una amplia zona de recreo y esparcimiento para niños, mayores y mascotas donde tienen previsto construir una piscina, aunque las temperaturas de alli no animan mucho al baño. La unica pega es que en el pueblo sólo hay una pequeña tienda donde puedes comprar alguna cosa pero en general si necesitas comprar comida o cualquier cosa debes hacer 10 min en coche hasta el centro comercial mas cercano. En resumen un buen alojamiento a un buen precio.

Perfect

Wunderbar ruhig, perfekte Einrichtung , alles sauber , einfaches aber wunderschönes Ambiente, hat eine romantischer Atmosphäre. Ein kleines Dorf nett und verträumt. Einkaufen konnte man in Loadeac alles was man braucht. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Es ist jedem zu empfehlen, der mit Auto unterwegs ist und die Bretagne von hier aus in alle Richtungen erkunden will. Glück mit dem Wetter hatten wir auch noch. Angehm der ständige Wind bei wolkenfreiem Himmel , der durch die klare Luft so nah wirkt. Ohne wenn und aber: Besonders zu empfehlen. Gruß Olaf

Un super séjour !

Arrivée à la maison très chaleureuse de la part des propriétaires aimables et serviables :) De belle visites dans la région et aux allentours, une super maison très jolie, calme et familiale !!! Une superbe pièce à vivre, de belles chambres douillettes et deux salles de bains magnifiques avec douche a l'italienne !!!! Gros bisous de Normandie et à bientot pour proffiter de la futur piscine !!!!!
