Einfach eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit grosser Terrasse
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafen von La Madrague, in dem tagsüber immer etwas los ist. Man kann zahlreiche Boote, JetSki, Kanus, Motorboote beobachten. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Festland ist sehr schön.
Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, parterre. Die Luft war bei uns sehr feucht, was sich in der Bauweise südfranzösischer Liegenschaften niederschlägt.
Die direkten Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anweisungen, den Weg zwischen Terrasse und Haus quasi nicht zu benutzen (man darf ihn betreten, aber nicht mehr), sollte man strikt einhalten, da der Weg überwacht wird und der Besitzer, bzw. seine Frau ein ernsthaftes Nachbarschaftsproblem haben.
Die Leistung von FeWo-direkt, bzw. dem Homaway-Gebilde halte ich für masslos überteuert, nicht zweckmässig und nervig. Grund dafür ist, dass Homeaway zwar sicherstellte, dass die Überweisungen getätigt wurden, aber Homeaway lieferte keine brauchbaren Informationen. Die Informationen über den Zugang, mussten wir direkt bei der Vermieterin anfordern, wobei es dann zu Missverständnissen und Startschwierigkeiten kam. Der Plan und der Vertrag fehlte. Die Liegenschaft sei auch über Amivac.com zu buchen (kostenlose Vermittlung).
Die Vermieterin wie auch der Betreuer der Liegenschaft sind gut zu erreichen und zeigten sich hilfsbereit.

Magnifique
Vue imprenable sur le port de la Madrague,tranquillité assurée,site magnifique.Toutes commodités à proximité.La propriétaire est très à l'écoute des besoins de chacun & met tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour soit agréable et inoubliable.Quatre jours c'est trop court.Mais après y avoir goûté,nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
