Equipped with the most modern comfort such as air conditioning, satellite dish, barbecue, alarm system, the villa consists of a modern main house that was build next to an ancient trullo, now finely restored,in line with the dictates of contemporaneity but its history and its original beauty were fully respected.
 
The large turquoise swimming pool and terrace as a solarium area standout in all their beauty among the olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa, with a minimal / modern style, has been build according to the various phases of the sun during the day. Thought the main entrance you access the airy living / dining room with American kitchen,sitting area and TV corner. From here you can access the balcony with a panoramic view of the swimming pool, the side terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners and, finally, the veranda at the back,shaded by elegant sails and equipped with sofas for an afternoon relaxation. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed. Furthermore there`s a bathroom with a shower.
 
The internal staircase brings you to the ground floor were you can find 2double bedrooms, both with access to the solarium and pool area, a bathroom with shower. The trullo, completely independent and private, is only 40 meters away from the main house and is a little dependance with a double bed

Villa Sogno Bianco is located in the countryside, in a perfect location that allows you to reach villages such as Ostuni, just 4 kilometers away and Ceglie Messapica, just kilometers away to discover the architectural, landscape and cultural beauty and travel through different flavors of the traditional gastronomy of the area. The Adriatic beaches are only a 15 minutes drive away.
 
Note:in the pictures you see the an unfinished garden but now there is a beautiful well-kept garden with a lot of grass, plants and flowers.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Composed by a main house and a trullo.
- Two bathrooms of the main house are not equipped with bidet but with a small shower near wc.
- Air conditioner only in the main house.
