Welcome to Moressas – Your Coastal Haven in the Heart of Praiano



Moressas is a delightful combination of two stylish, modern apartments—Moressa and Moressa Little—offered together to accommodate larger groups or families traveling together. Connected by an external communal staircase, these recently renovated homes sit in Praiano’s peaceful upper residential area and offer stunning panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast.



Located just steps (about 20 to 35 stairs) from the main road Via Umberto I, and approximately 1 km from the lively SS163 Amalfi Drive, Moressas offers a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility to the area’s top attractions.



New in 2025: Each apartment now features two completely remodeled full bathrooms, for a total of four modern bathrooms—each equipped with enclosed showers—to provide the highest level of comfort and convenience to all guests.



Both apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay, including kitchens with an oven, fridge/freezer, cookware, and cutlery—ideal for preparing meals at home. The sleeping arrangements are equally comfortable: each unit features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The upper-level apartment (Moressa Little) also includes a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to 9 guests in total.



The spacious terrace of the main Moressa apartment is a true highlight—furnished with a dining table, sun loungers, and a shaded canopy, it’s the perfect spot for long lunches, sunset cocktails, or starry dinners with a view. Moressa Little adds to the charm with its own private balcony, ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an aperitivo at dusk.



Just a short stroll away, you’ll find a grocery store and several excellent local restaurants on Via Umberto I. The vibrant heart of the village—with more dining options and cafes—is just a 10-minute walk.



When it’s time for the beach, Marina di Praia is only a 15-minute walk away, where you can join a boat tour to Capri or enjoy the lively seaside bars and restaurants.



Getting around is simple with the Praiano shuttle bus, which conveniently connects the village to Positano and beyond, even late into the evening. The nearest stop is only 5 minutes away on foot.



The property includes a private garage with space for two medium-sized cars or a small van, an added luxury on the often narrow and crowded Amalfi Coast roads.



Please note:



The two apartments are connected only by an external communal staircase, with no internal connection between floors.



Air conditioning is provided in the living room and master bedroom of Moressa Little, while the twin bedroom has a fan.



In Moressa (the apartment with the large terrace), A/C is available only in the master bedroom; the second bedroom is cooled with a fan.



That said, Praiano enjoys cool breezes in the evenings, making the apartments naturally refreshing and comfortable for restful nights.
