Admirals Quarters 1209 is a large 4-bedroom 4 bath Gulf Front corner unit in a low-density condominium complex has been professionally decorated in a coastal theme. It can sleep 12 people with 2 King beds, a Queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds and two sofas in the den.

The condo features solid hardwood furniture in the living area, dining room and bedrooms. It has wood flooring with a whitewashed pine finish in the living and dining areas as well as all bedrooms. In addition, there are 5 Smart HDTV units that are Wi-Fi connected so you can enjoy any Internet based TV and music services that you have at home. There is a new 65" Vizio 4K in the family room. There is also a Wi-fi enabled Yamaha stereo receiver and 2 new Polk Audio floor speakers.

Our Wi-Fi system has just been upgraded to up to 200 MBPS. TV Wally set top boxes are hardwired with fiber optic cable.

New Frigidaire Gallery kitchen appliances were installed in 2020.
