Très bon accueil de la part de la gérante, logement idéalement placé entre plages, port, centre ville et lieux à visiter.Bonne répartition des pièces, cuisine spacieuse qui permet des repas conviviaux.Grand jardin bien clôturé, idéal même pour un grand chien.Quartier calme.Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

maison bien située avec un joli terrain cloturé idéal avec notre chien. quartier très calme et tous les commerces à 500m , Plage à 700 m à pied. Petit bémol vu avec le propriétaire, dans l'annonce il est noté qu'il y a un accès internet et ce n'est pas le cas.

Belle maison proche de la mer et des commerces

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (malgré un temps capricieux) dans cette belle maison tout confort et au calme avec un beau jardin. La maison est proche des commerces et de la mer.Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Madame Boissinot.Cette location à Châtelaillon est à recommander.

Très bon sejour

Avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre chien. Le jardin est idéal ainsi que la proximité du bord de mer et du centre ville. Nous avons pu poser la voiture et profiter à pied ou en vélo. Petit point à améliorer dans la location: prévoir un vrai aspirateur. Le petit aspirateur balai n'est pas assez puissant pour le sable

Schönes Ferienhaus am Atlantik mit guter Anbindung an Stadt und Strand. CAVE kein WLAN

Insgesamt war das Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet, auch wenn die vorhandenen Betten für deutsche Verhältnisse schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig waren. Die Breite des Doppelbettes von 140cm und die Länge von 190cm waren aber adäquat auch im Inserat beschrieben. Die Qualität der Matratzen ist teilweise sehr unterschiedlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der super eingezäunte Garten mit großer Rasenfläche. Unser Hund hat sich hier bestens wohlgefühlt. Ärgerlich war allerdings die Falschbeschreibung hinsichtlich der Verfügbarkeit von Internet und WLAN. Sowohl in Ihrem Inserat als auch in dem Inserat der franzözischen Partnerfirma war jeweils die Verfügbarkeit angegeben. Dies war nicht der Fall. Der Vermieter hat zwar angemerkt, dass dies so nicht beschrieben gewesen wäre. Immerhin hat er uns einen gewissen Abschlag zugestanden, da wir kein WLAN hatten. Wer als Familie mit Kindern reist oder auch selbst viel im Netz unterwegs ist, hat da sicher seine Probleme. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Ein defektes Küchengerät wurde zeitnah ersetzt.

Séjour apaisant

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. Proche du centre ville, de la plage avec la traversée du chemin de fer (très apprécié par les enfants). La rencontre du chat Mimine aux alentours. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison tout confort proche centre-ville & plage

Très satisfait de notre location. Cette maison est charmante, tout confort et très bien équipée (vaisselle complète, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, TV satellite ...) Munie d'un terrain clos, d'une terrasse avec mobilier, le portail d'accès permet le stationnement d'un véhicule à l'intérieur. Emplacement calme bien que central par rapport aux commerces : le centre-ville est accessible à quelques rues de là, idem pour la plage. Accueil sympathique, décoration et propreté impeccables. 3 semaines dans une propriété fonctionnelle. Commerces et plage à proximité. (à pieds)

Rien ne manque à cette location. Juste un petit bémol qui est important toutefois, c'est la literie qui est à changer dans les deux chambres.
