Pristine in village beach cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located just off Main Street on the historic western harbor side of Sag Harbor, short distance to everything the Village has to offer.
10 min. car ride to the famed Gibson Beach or Sagg Main Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Stop to tour Wolffer Vineyards along the way. Or watch the sunsets from Foster Memorial Long Beach a 5 min. car ride away.

Sleek, well equipped & minimalist designed gourmet kitchen. A chef's delight with Sub Zero and Bosch appliances and a library of great cookbooks and stocked cooking needs.

Painted white wood floors throughout creat a clean, beachy and modern feel. The rooms are sun drenched and peaceful: perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

Charming Zen oasis !

We loved this meticulous, charming home. We loved the back deck and yard which was very private and filled with beauty. It was a short walk to town. We would 100% go back !!

Comfort and Location

My wife and I brought our two kids (ages 1 & 2) for a vacation in Sag Harbor, and this property didn’t disappoint. It’s a beautiful and comfortable cottage in a great location, that’s walking distance from the village. The home was clean and accurate to the listing online. The owner was very thorough, informative and responsive. My family and I would highly recommend this home for your next Hamptons getaway!

Wonderful, charming house! Used our car only to go to the beach!

I felt like i was staying at a dear friend’s house who was out of town. The house and Larry are warm and welcoming. My husband and I stayed here alone for two nights; my daughter and family, 6 and 3 year old, for the next two nights. It’s a perfect house and location for a couple. Perfect for children. (Be warned the steps are steep — but my grandchildren made it part of the fun!) The backyard and deck are perfect, romantic, relaxing AND great for kids. Accessible and easy to use. We loved the ease of tossing Larry’s beach chairs and towels ( plentiful) into our car! Larry is a generous host. Be prepared for an old, charming, well renovated home. For a few days or weeks, feel like a Sag Harbor resident.

Charming Village Home

My family had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The location is perfect - short walk to shops and restaurants in town. Larry the owner was a pleasure and made the check in/check out process seamless!

Great location

Perfect for putting the baby in the stroller and walking everywhere - to restaurants and stores or just to admire the beautiful homes and tree-lined streets. Good family beaches very close too.

Lovely Home

We had the most wonderful stay. This home is so beautiful and very loved. Had everything we needed and had such lovely mornings on the back porch. Peaceful and restful and just a few minutes from downtown. Can’t wait to go back.

Charming house close to town

We had a lovely stay at this home in Sag Habor. The house is short walk to town, and I highly recommend renting bikes to visit nearby beaches. The home itself is lovingly decorated and is an ideal zen getaway. We made good use of the backyard and patio as well, for barbecues and cocktail hours.

Sag Harbor Village gem!

This is a Sag Harbor village gem - complete with creaky stairs - but, oh so charming! Very nicely furnished. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the baths do not have bath tubs. The outdoor space and garden are absolutely beautiful. Very convenient to the village. Would definitely saty here again!

Cozy, clean, and convenient

Five of us stayed in this cozy and clean cottaged located an easy walk to main street. Pretty back yard and porch, especially with a dusting of snow. The only caveat would be if you have any mobility issues, the upstairs two bedrooms could be challenging to access via the steep, narrow staircase.
