Exceptional property! Nora and Peter were fabulous hosts. The home, pool, and setting are perfect. We'll be back for sure. Be sure to ask them about wine tours and places to eat. They know it all. Absolutely a 10/10!

Exceeded expectations!

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The chateau in Pellegrue was stunning, with hotel-like amenities and a spectacular vineyard view from the backyard. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. Nora and Peter were incredible hosts and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay overlooking the vineyards

Second visit to Viaud and booked again next year. A very lovely property, well equipped with lovely views across the vineyards. Just a lovely, quiet relaxing holiday chilling out around, and in, the pool. Nora, Krystel and Peter are great hosts and live very close by if required. We just love it, but probably not for you if you like all the bright lights and bars of a busy area, Viaud is very peaceful and quiet and all the more beautiful for it.

A Perfect Two Weeks

We had a beautiful two weeks in this amazing home. The first week was with family and the second just us as a couple. Nora and Peter are excellent hosts who provided everything you could need and more. They are on site for any questions, but unobtrusive at the same time. The house and location are stunning and sitting out by the pool or an evening on the patio was idyllic whether in a group or on our own. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that you would require. It was the fastest two weeks imaginable and we were sorry to go. We can not recommend this property highly enough for a true getaway. Thank Nora and Peter!

Impeccable property in a beautiful setting

Firstly Nora the owner was marvellous, she communicated from the offset and even during our stay she answered straight away with any questions we had. The property is stunning, most places we’ve stayed always have general items in the kitchen and around but this property had lots of staples in the clipboards and the kitchen was filled with all the items you could possibly need (especially great as my husband is quite the chef). The bathrooms had little bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and lotion and the bedding was crisp and clean just like a hotel. We were also provided with pool towels as well as bathroom. The property was very very clean too. The villa is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of vineyard and close to some wonderful locations. We would definitely stay here again. Stunning property with 5 star standard decoration and cleanliness.

We loved staying at La Thiangerie, the house is setting in the most idyllic setting looking out over the vineyards and forest. The house is immaculate, clean and spacious. When we first arrived we were delighted to find some of the estates wine, milk, butter, oil and herbs/spices supplied. Krystal and Peter looked after us so well, with friendly advice, they really care that you have a memorable stay with lots of recommendations. The area is pretty rural, so you definitely need a car, but that is part of its charm. Our favourite local market was on the Saturday morning in Sainte - Foy - La - Grande just 15 minutes drive away. The outdoor space was wonderful to relax in, with a large table for alfresco dining, some obscenely comfy outdoor furnishings. Then in the cooler evenings (October) we enjoyed the wood burning stove and lounging area upstairs. It was quite frankly glorious! Thanks to Krystal, Peter and Nora for having us.

Het huis voldoet volledig aan de beschrijving, is mooi en volledig, rustig gelegen. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Het huis is een goede uitvalsbasis voor wie wijnhuizen in de Bordeaux wil verkennen

THE Most Magical Holiday

This was our second time staying at Nora, Krystal and Peter’s beautiful house…. and I hope it will be the second of many! From the minute you arrive you feel utterly at home, relaxed and peaceful in this meticulously clean and beautifully designed home that has everything you might need or want - Nora and Krystal have thought of everything! The terrace and pool are an absolute dream and the views over the corn rows of vines are stunning. We were made to feel so welcome and at ease and Nora was a second away if we had any questions or needed any help. Thank you Nora, Krystal and Peter xxxx

Just perfect!

Merci encore Nora!

Christmas in the vineyards

What a beautiful and tastefully constructed guest house. It's clear even the smallest details were thought out. Beautiful surroundings and a great way to relax and enjoy the quiet (and perfect for our 4 legged guest). Nora and family were the perfect hosts, we look forward to a return visit.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy

We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is super equipped and very stylishly designed. In this villa everything was perfect for us: great views from the terrace, heated pool, comfortable beds, large and very well equipped kitchen and a good gas barbecue. Nora was a great host and gave us many tips for the local area. We would love to come back.

Great place. Friendly hosts.

Great property and terrific hosts. Understand that it is in a rural area and rural roads in France are sinuous so it takes a little while to get places even if they look close on a map.

Beautiful, serene getaway

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property overlooking one of the many vineyards in the Bordeaux region. The house is newly constructed, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated. Nora and Peter are terrific hosts, providing reliable recommendations when requested and otherwise allowing their guests the time and space to completely relax.

PEACE AND QUIET AND A GREAT VIEW

This modern property is located among acres and acres of vineyards with a delightful elevated view of the rows and rows of grapes. It is a quiet and peaceful place to relax, read and walk but close to several of the charming small towns in the countryside and close enough for a visit to Bordeaux, St. Emilion etc. We had a delightful three week stay.

Super!

Pristine villa which was perfect for a family getaway in the heart of the wine country

Our family really enjoyed the stay, the villa was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was so welcoming and helpful with all the tips for restaurants and markets while we were there, and great communication and help before the holiday too.
