Positiv: schöne Lage, im Mai war es ruhig, Strandnähe Negativ: leider mussten wir die Wohnung zuerst putzen, Staubschicht! und Schmutz auf den Küchenmöbeln und Möbeln, Staub unter dem Bett. Küchenschubladen sehr reichlich bestückt mit älterem nicht sauberem Geschirr und Pfannen. Diverse Lebensmittel (Vorgänger?) vorhanden. Grill, nicht benutzbar, Sonnenschirm nicht benutzbar da nicht passend (verrostet). Schlafzimmerschrank 1/2 gefüllt mit Bettwäsche usw. Waschmaschine? Schade

Très agréable appartement avec une belle terrasse.

Nous avons beaucoup apprecié la qualité et le confort de cet appartement à proximité de la plage. Nous avons pu prendre un bain chaque matin avant le petit dejeuner. La terrasse represente un espace très appréciable pour les longues soirées estivales. Nous espérons revenir!

Appartement bien placé et très confortable

Super appartement avec une terrasse magnifique, sur le sujet les photos sont en dessous de la réalité. Petit bémol sur la douche qui manquait de pression lors de notre séjour. Pour information et depuis les inondations récentes, on ne peut plus rejoindre Saint Florent par la plage.

Soyez rassurés la douche à été remplacée, la pression est à nouveau normale. Nous pouvons à nouveau accéder à st Florent par la plage, l'accès est rétabli.

Rien ne manque dans cette location. On y est comme chez soi. Le logement est très propre, La chambre dispose d'un grand placard, double vasque et grande douche dans la SDB. La terrasse est juste merveilleuse. On profite ou on se protège du soleil selon les envies. On entend le bruit des vagues. La plage est à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très agréable sejour

Très bel appartement spacieux et très bien equipé. La terrasse très agréable et très bien exposée est munie d'un barbecue. La plage est à 5mm à pied et le centre ville à 10mm ou l'on peut trouver de belles boutiques et un grand choix de bars et restaurants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour calme et reposant.

Appartement aux prestations de qualité, très bien équipé et situé , à 10 mn à, pied de St Florent où l'on trouve tous les commerces, un grand choix de restaurants. la Grand e plage de La Roya est à 5 mn à pied. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, très grande avec une belle vue où l'on choisit le soleil où l'ombre selon l'humeur! La salle de bain double vasque et douche multijets est très fonctionnelle. L'environnement est calme, idéal, pour des vacances sans stress!

Appartement très agréable, tout proche de la plage et de St Florent. Grande terrasse et très bon équipement général. Le tout en très bon état, propre et l'endroit est au calme. L'appartement fait face à la mer, et belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Des vacances réussies

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 3 minutes de la plage, et à 10 minutes à pied (par la plage !) de Saint-Florent où on troiuve tous les commerces. Appartement calme, bien équipé, pratique. La terrasse permet de manger dehors, de faire la sieste dehors ou de faire des barbecues : c'est un vrai plus.

Appartement lumineux, propre, calme et bien situé. Nous avons surtout apprécié la proximité de la plage (50 mètres) et pouvoir nous rendre au village de Saint Florent à pied ( 10 minutes de marche sur la plage dans un cadre idyllique). Je conseille vivement cet appartement, excellent rapport qualité prix!
