Great Fireworks and Festival Location located across from Ace Hardware overlooking Lake Huron, Mackinac Island and the Marina

Enjoy the fun of this great downtown location in these two new luxury condos located on the main street right downtown overlooking Moran Bay, the new marina and the shipping channel and Island. Also located on the main trail to the snowmobile trail system. The front unit consists of 2 bedrooms and one bath, nice size living/dining and full kitchen area with walkout to covered deck overlooking the marina. Granite countertops bar area, hardwood floors, washer/dryer and stone fireplace are just some of the nice features that make up this luxury unit.
Overlooking downtown and St. Ignace Marina. Walk the downtown boardwalk, visit the Fisherman's Memorial, Legion Memorial Park and Red, White and Blue playground. Weekly events include:

Sunday night free movies at Red-White-Blue Park on Bay, Tuesday, Historic Walking Tours, Wednesday and Thursdays, Bayside Music, free music at marina area, Fridays, Fab Fridays, music and activities in the downtown area.

Great place!

Great stop on UP tour

Wonderful stop in st ignace. Beautiful view on the water. Rental was even better in person. Morning sunrise over the water was a bonus. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the ferry to go to the island. Beds we’re comfortable and the place was clean. The bugs (midge flies) in May are very annoying.

St Ignace visit

We enjoyed the town. I liked the "small town" vibe. Location is very handy to Mackinac Island ferry. Good restaurants within close walking distance. Comfortable and well appointed accommodations. Parking instructions were a little confusing.

Homey with a view

Love the condo, wish their were a few more tv channels and the A/C wasn't working properly, but the team was super responsive. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had some beautiful views. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Up North Vacation

The property was just as listed, We enjoy St Ignace and the condo location is in the perfect to walk to shops and restaurants. We used the condo as a hub for day trips to Petoskey, Suite Saint Marie, and Mackinac Island which worked perfectly. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The condo was clean, comfortable and we had no issues. I highly recommended this property.

Love the downtown location

The apartment is in a great location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. I informed the owner that the vents needed cleaning because the excess dust buildup was causing my husband’s allergies to flare up. The photos indicate that there was a grill available and there were grilling tools in the kitchen, but no grill on site.We loved the property and would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This property is just as advertised. Very clean. Excellent location. Convenient to all attractions. Well appointed without being fussy. Great hot water and A/C. Comfy beds and clean linens. Kitchen was well stocked. We couldnt access the tv signal , but not a problem for is. Dishwasher and W/D worked well. Icemaker did not work. The balcony could use a good cleaning. Overall an excellent property and wonderful week. O W/D in good condition. Mno

Annual birthday trip

I arrange for a trip annually for my wife’s birthday as was the case with this trip. We usually go to warm climates. We changed it up this year with the Upper UP. The property was nice and in a nice location. My issue is nothing was open as this is a seasonal resort and I had no idea everything was closed. That was very disappointing and should have been included in the area descriptions.

Weekend Stay

Very clean and spacious. Exactly how pictures show. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main downtown street. However, daily basic items were lacking. They only leave you 1 toilet paper roll and 1 dishwasher pod. Also we stayed 3 nights and they only left 3 coffee filters which we had to go buy more because I drink regular and my boyfriend drinks decaf. Living room furniture is also not comfortable. Perfect place to strictly use for sleep/shower.

Condo is just as the pictures show! Updated and very well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Working with Northern Michigan Vacations Rentals (Cheryl/Jim) was pleasant. They were always easy to reach and addressed our questions. I would most definitely recommend this rental. Enjoyable. Extremely clean as well!

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was just as the pictures . Very clean, except the grill. Didn't use it, too dirty. Not alot to do after 9pm. Tv cable sucked. After channel 10, you couldn't access most of the channels.
