HOLIDAY HOUSE IN THE MOUNTAINS, RELAXATION, SPORTS AND NATURE

Spacious house of 160m2 with swimming pool, quiet location 15 minutes from Grenoble.

Ideal starting point for multiple activities:
* hikes in the 3 Belledone, Chartreuse or Vercors mountains,
* 3 golf courses nearby: the Bresson international golf course at 5 minutes, the Uriage golf club at 15 minutes and the Blue Green golf course at Grenoble Seyssins at 15 minutes.
* Spa treatments and mini spa treatments at the Uriage-les-Bains spa resort 15 minutes away,
* ski: 30 minutes from Chamrousse station, and barely 1 hour from the large Alpe d'Huez area,
* Mountain biking: 80km of mountain biking circuits starting from the house
* Horse riding: 2 minutes from the Manoir equestrian center in Haute-Jarrie (famous for its international Jumping competition in June), 10 minutes from the Etrier du Dauphiné.
* History of France: 15 minutes from the Château de Vizille cradle of the French Revolution, on the Napoleon road ...

To cool off and relax, a 12m x 4m swimming pool, with a submerged beach for the more peaceful, a 12m corridor for swimmers, and a 6m by 4 play area.

Particularly aware of the need to protect nature, our house is labeled low consumption.

It is made up of 2 floors:

* On the ground floor: a large living room, a functional kitchen, an office area, toilets, a ground floor bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a bathroom
* Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms with a 160x200 bed each, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, toilet and a TV corner.
* On request we can provide you with a baby cot.

Finally you have a large garage and parking spaces for your vehicles, sports equipment, mountain bikes, skis ...

For your comfort we provide linens (sheets and towels),
For all stays, we require a check for € 100 for end of stay cleaning.

Remember to bring your pool towels, they are not provided.
If you wish to bring your pet, contact us in advance to obtain our agreement.

Top location! Very well equiped house ( inside as well as outside). Perfect place to go out for a hike or a walk ( also cycling..). Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the morning during breakfast and at the poolside until late in the evening! Very friendly owners!! Love to come back!

Family stay in beautiful countryside

The views are superb, the pool was very clean and well maintained and big enough for a decent swim. The house is nice with comfy outdoor chairs overlooking the mountains. Overall we had a wonderful time and would consider returning. We stayed with my parents who are in their late 70s and they had no problems and also enjoyed their stay very much.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und fabelhaftem Ausblick

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage. Großer Pool und schöne Terrasse, perfekt um mit einem Glas Wein den tollen Ausblick zu genießen. Wir waren mit den Motorrädern dort und hatten somit einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Richtung Vercors, Chartreuse Massif oder Savoie. Von der Buchung und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bis zur Betreuung vor Ort war alles sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Alles in allem können wir das Haus und den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen.

The house was incredibly comfortable with everything we needed and more. Having a heated pool was a real treat and meant we were able to use it much later into the evening. Semaine inoubliable entre amis au milieu des montagnes. La maison est géniale. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. Vous êtes coupés du monde mais à 10 mins de toutes commodités. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer. La piscine est grande et chaude à toute heure! Les propriétaires sont super sympas. C'était juste Parfait.

Dejligt hus med en skøn pool og fantastisk udsigt.

Vi havde en god ferie i huset, som har en rolig beliggenhed, men alligevel tæt på alt. Huset er godt indrettet, rummene er lyse og hyggelige. Der er en fantastisk udsigt fra husets terasse og poolen. Huset er flottere end billederne og udsigten fantastisk. Udlejerne er meget hjælpsomme.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer super ausgestatteten Küche inklusive Geräten Einrichtung schlicht und zweckmäßig, viel Srauraum. Sehr schön angelegter Pool, ideal auch mal zum Bahnen schwimmen vor herrlicher Bergkulisse. Idealer Ort für Familienurlaub!

Une des meilleures locations que nous avons réservées! La vue depuis la maison est tout simplement magnifique et propice a la détente. Idéalement située pour visiter la région ou faire un golf, la maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée y compris pour les enfants en bas âge ( ex: lit bébé, chaise haute, jeux, livres, etc). Les propriétaires sont attentionnés, ce qui est vraiment très appréciable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Délicieux séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe. La maison est magnifique comme la vue depuis la terrasse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des équipements haut de gamme, et toutes les petites intentions qui nous ont fait nous sentir accueillis. La piscine chauffée permet de goûter aux plaisirs d'un petit plongeon à toute heure. A recommander absolument !
