Ideally located, quiet, the chalet overlooks the valley at the foot of the fortifications Vauban (Three-headed Fort, Fort of Randouillet, Fort Dauphin) and has large spaces to live.
Close to climbing routes, starting many hiking on the road to the Tour de France and 10 minutes by car to the ski slopes of Serre-Chevalier and the cross-country ski trails of Cervières.
Two Terraces overlooking the valleys with a large garden and direct access to the mountains.

Great chalet and plenty of room

Great view's and lovely attrium area. Kitchen well stocked and clean. Plenty of sitting areas and large dining table for bigger groups. Walkable into Briancion town though its a steep hill.

Perfection

Where to start ? It was our first time in Briancon and area, and we want to come back as soon as possible (next week ?) The chalet is ideally situated, just above Briancon, nestled under some of the old forts, with a magnificent view on the opposite mountains. Easiness to go downtown without living in the city, Perfect base for hiking (the most famous valleys of Nevache or Cervieres are just a few kms away) or rock climbing (many routes for lead or top rope perfectly maintained just 5mn walking behind the chalet). Fully equipped, extremely comfortable, and with most gracious owner and managers. We need to try it in Winter now, but definitely back in Summer.

Grande maison parfaitement équipée, située un peu sur les hauteurs sur la route de l'izoard. La vue est magnifique avec une grande baie ouverte sur une belle terrasse dont nous avons malheureusement peu profité, le temps n'étant pas clément. A signaler une coupure internet bien ennuyeuse mais absolument pas du fait des propriétaires. A noter la parfaite courtoisie de ces derniers et leur sens de la communication. Location très recommandée

Très joli chalet spacieux et quartier très calme

Très peu d'enneigement autour du chalet mais les stations Montgenèvre et Serre-Chevalier offrent la possibilité de skier (prix intéressants à Montgenèvre) Séjour très agréable. Il ne manquait rien.

Metà febbraio 2024, vacanza sci, 9 persone. Tutto bene. Casa come descritta da annuncio. Molto calda e accogliente. E' proprio come essere a casa propria, c'é tutto quello che serve. Senza problemi. Conviene seguire i consigli di M. Timmel sia per il noleggio sci che per il posteggio.

Agréable séjour ds un vaste chalet indépendant

Chalet spacieux, clair, très bien équipé. Jeux de société nombreux et variés. Peut être trop d’objets de déco. personnels et fragiles quand on a de jeunes enfants.

Une grande maison très confortable

Tout s'est très bien passé, la maison est très agréable et correspond bien à ce qui est décrit sur le site: vues magnifiques, elle est spacieuse et lumineuse et très bien équipée. Le chauffage au sol maintient une température idéale tout le temps. Contact avec le propriétaire agréable et rapide ainsi que l'accueil sur place. Nous espérons revenir , merci beaucoup.

Situation idéale

Pour des amoureux de calme et de nature, c'est l'emplacement parfait sans être loin de la ville. Partir par les remparts et arriver dans la vieille ville est une bonne mise en jambe pour la suite.

Chalet agréable et spacieux.

Nous sommes venu profiter des montagnes enneigées et du soleil des hautes Alpes, pour décompresser après une année difficile. Le résultat était au rdv, nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce spacieux chalet, nous avons apprécié d'être tous ensemble ma famille et moi-même, (5 adultes et 5 enfants) sans êtres les uns sur les autres. Le chalet est très bien agencé, nous avons apprécié tous l'équipement qui dispose. Nous avons eu le micro qui est tombé en panne en 2h il était remplacé, très grande réactivité du propriétaire en plus des nombreux conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique ou on a pu profiter de la terrasse en plein mois de février. Je vous recommande ce chalet vous ne serez pas dessus.

Le chalet présente tous les avantages pour passer d'excellentes vacances : confort, calme et très bonne situation. L'organisation est parfaite et le contact avec le propriétaire et les accueillants est très bon.
