Julie and her family were truly great guests during their stay. Although they encountered a few minor issues with the smart entry lock, our housekeeper and I were able to coordinate and resolve the problem within 20 minutes to ensure a smooth experience for them. We were very appreciative that they left the house clean and tidy, and we would certainly welcome them back to stay with us anytime.

Sian and her family were overall great guests who communicated promptly, politely, and clearly throughout the entire process, making hosting them completely stress-free. Unfortunately, upon arrival, they attempted to enter the property before their scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, which triggered the smart keyless door lock's security mode and required us to reset the lock and change the passcode. Despite this minor initial hiccup, they treated the property with utmost care and respect, leaving the space clean and tidy as they found it. We would certainly recommend them to other property owners without hesitation.
