Lovely house on the edge of Lubriano

We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) waren 10 Tage hier.Der Garten ist gepflegt, die Wohnung sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und die Schlafzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet.Um draußen essen zu können , muss man einmal vom 1. Stock alles heruntertragen, um das Haus herumlaufen, einen kleinen Hügel hoch bis zum überdachten Sitzplatz. Das war unheimlich unpraktisch. Es gibt im Haus keine Mückengitter. Das Badezimmer ist neu und funktional. Allerdings gibt es, bis auf einem kleinen Handtuchständer neben dem Waschbecken mit 3 Armen, keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Es gibt außer dem Waschbecken und der Waschmaschine auch ansonsten keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Auch in der Dusche muss alles auf dem Boden stehen.Das 2. Bad befindet sich nicht im Haus, sondern im Außengebäude – einmal vom 1. Stock runter, rund ums Haus.Die Küche war, was Geschirr angeht, ausreichend ausgestattet. Man hat uns auf Nachfrage einen großen Topf sowie eine größere Pfanne gebracht.Die Küche ist eine Kochnische: sie ist sehr klein und eng, die Arbeitsfläche ist ein kleiner Tisch mit Plastiktischdecke auf 80cm.Der Pool ist schön, jedoch haben unsere Kinder leider vom Poolwasser Ausschlag bekommen. Das Wasser wurde zwar gecheckt und es hieß, alles sei in Ordnung, jedoch wurde die Haut, die mit enger Badekleidung in Kontakt kam, im Wasser in kürzester Zeit wund.

Fijne plek en vooral het zwembad was uitstekend. Schoon, mooi ontworpen. Huis goed uitgerust met ventilatoren om het aangenaam te houden.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Pool

Schönes altes Haus mit riesigem komplett eingezäunten Garten. Wir waren mit Hund und Kindern für eine Woche in Lubriano. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und in dem Garten mit dem tollen Pool kann man sich super entspannen und Zeit verbringen. Wenn man aktiv sein möchte gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

agreable sejour

nous avons apprécié le logement même s il serait boon de procéder à qlq menus travauxx de rafraîchissement. cependant voisine ok et propriété ok : piscine super et jardin aussi . pour les chiens il serait bon de fermer les trous dans la clôture afin d éviter que les chiens ne s'enfuient. Propriétaire super gentille et disponible

bien mais a besoin un peu de rafraichissement pour la maison

j'ai passe de bonnes vacances mais je suis mécontent pour la caution, selon le contrat la caution devait être versé a l'arrivée et rendue au départ a ce jour aucun remboursement ce qui est interdit par la loi merci de faire le nécessaire rapidement gérard Haman
