Great accommodation. Pool was a real hit especially given the very hot weather we have seen during our stay. Susannah was very helpful and made some good recommendations of places to eat. A car is a must but lots of great restaurants and places to visit nearby.

Thank you for appreciating our efforts, which made your vacation a complete success! Just a small clarification: the bill only covers electricity, not gas! Only a part of the electricity consumption is paid by the tourist!

Family Paradise

Susanna was a perfect host and the property was incredible. The house is only 15 mins from the beautiful town of Orvieto with great places to eat. But the house and the pool is so welcoming and comfortable that you never want to leave. Thank you again Susanna for having us to stay. We loved staying here.

What a beautifull house

We really liked our stay - it already started from the moment we booked the house and our communication with the owners. The house is lovely decorated and has a beautiful garden and swimmingpool. We also enjoyed the surroundings- specifically Orvieto is fantastic but we also travelled to Rome by car.

Lovely Farmhouse with Olive Orchard and Pool

My friend and I stayed for almost a month. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and grounds and the proximity to Orvieto (about a 10 minute drive). The home is gated, so we felt very safe and private. Overall we had a great time and made some wonderful memories. There's a train station right in town and so we took a day trip to Florence, and drove around to the little towns nearby. Plenty to do and see.

Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly. The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village.

Wonderful Umbrian property!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. It was very traditional and super clean. The outdoor space is the jewel in the crown. The pool and surrounding landscaping is really lovely and we spent much of our holiday relaxing by and in it. The area is beautiful and Orvieto is a historical and cultural little town, with plenty of lovely restaurants. We would like to return please! Thank you Susanna and family x

Wonderful relaxing holiday

The villa was just as stated. The owners were very helpful and friendly and made the check-in and check-out very easy. The villa itself was beautifully clean and very spacious. Lovely areas to sit outside and eat. The whole family, especially our 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool which we used every day. A number of lovely villages around to visit and eat. We travelled from Australia to join our son and family on this holiday and it was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful private pool area and big house. Excellent service from Susanna and her husband who help us when we had trouble with our rental car. Picked us up at the train station and found a rental car for us in Orvieto. We could not be happier with our holliday thanks to them. Several vineyards near by, and the beautiful town of Orvieto. Been here before and will return! Big thanks

Thank you for your long and detailed comment. I'm sorry you experienced some noise, but just the day before your arrival, as I informed you, traffic to Orvieto was diverted along the road that briefly runs alongside the villa. This diversion significantly increased traffic congestion! However, traffic has eased significantly over the past few days, as the parallel road has been reopened. We want our guests to enjoy their vacation with all the comforts we offer. To facilitate your daily internet use, we quickly provided an additional modem, so you had both an outdoor and indoor modem, as the villa has thick walls, as your description confirms. The entire staff and I thank you for choosing our property for your vacation!
