We are a Chicago couple who fell in love with Anna Maria Island and had to buy a place. Now we want to share it with the world!

Why they chose this property

We love the peaceful setting on the north tip of Anna Maria Island. It feels like Key West in the 1960's. Walking distance to everything!

What makes this property unique

We wanted a place across the street from the beach. We found this house and fell in love with the potential. We remodeled it and put in the heated pool! The pool has a large spa and a water sun deck!
