Look at our spacious and well-appointed 1,000 sq. ft. condo on the 8th floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The Gulf Tower is located 1.4 miles west of Highway 59.

We also have a second property if your dates are not available for a stay at The Leeway.

The Gulf Tower is a low density high rise so there is lots of beach space for everyone and features 2 elevators.

Sunroom/balcony with sliding glass doors provides privacy and yearlong enjoyment of ocean. Watch the dolphins, wide variety of coastal birds, sunrises and unbelievable sunsets from the comfort of your balcony - warm or cool - rain or shine. This is a perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the awesome view.

Our beautiful private end unit on the 8th floor offers fantastic ocean views of glistening water and sunshine from the sunroom/balcony, living room, kitchen, hallway, and guest bedroom. Large Master bedroom looks out to the beautiful blue water of the Lagoon luxury linens, ceiling fan and private bath. The Guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, premium bedding, TV and ceiling fan with bathroom just across the hall.

The Oceanfront Living Room is a spacious open floor plan and has a LED TV. Perfect place for family time or to just relax and listen to the ocean waves. THE CONDO HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE WI-FI for your computer needs.

You will love our beachside pool too - Pool chairs are already there waiting for you to enjoy but please do not leave remove from the pool area.

Do not leave any personal chairs in the breezeway or they will be disposed of.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Any dirty dishes need to be washed and put away prior to departure.

Firm 10am Check Out, $75 fee and $50 every 15 minutes after. Cleaning staff is on a schedule and cannot wait.

Any Beach Towels need to washed and dried. Supplied by owner and not the cleaning staff.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking Fees: Parking under the building $100, parking for owners only Parking Pass needing the license plate # and state $100, incomplete pass

Great Beach Condo

We have stayed here several times, and this time didn’t disappoint. This is a great place to relax and get away. It is clean and well taken care of. We enjoy that it is right on the beach. We will return again on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Great property

Great condo, conveniently located right on the beach. Well stocked with everything you need for your stay and for you time on the beach. The owners are great and very responsive. Within walking distance to several restraunts.

Was here for World Series baseball for grandson. Location was good distance to fields.

Condo was great and in a great location. Close to everything. Wonderful views. Would definitely rent again. We had a good time. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely gulf front condo

We felt like home upon entry and will return next year. We especially loved the enclosed porch with the great views. Everything in Gulf Tower was clean and well-maintained. The condo was well stocked, comfortable and quiet (a feat during the spring break season). There was easy access to the pool and uncrowded beach.The biggest plus was Jill who was both very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

The property is the Gulf Tower and NOT the Gulf Village. The Alabama Gulf Coast is a fun-filled vacation area to enjoy our white sand beaches. Build memorable sandcastles, go fishing, sailing, play tennis or a round of golf. Watch your kids having a blast playing putt-putt golf, laughing on water park rides and spending the day at the pool or splashing at the beach.
There are so many attractions - factory outlet shopping, world class entertainment, fishing, golfing, boating, dolphins, shelling and then there are the fabulous restaurants and outstanding seafood.

What makes this property unique

We found that Gulf Shores is that perfect “Little Town Big Beach” we were looking for. Everything is available here and the local hospitality can't be beat.
