It has an interior patio of 15 m2 with clothesline and washing machine, terrace table and chairs, marina 50 meters with all services and shops. (Restaurants, Supermarket, shops, pharmacy, Doctor, ATM, bus stop to Ciutadella, rent boat, bicycles and various recreational activities for adults and children, etc.

He encontrado que el apartamento era adecuado para 5 personas, tiene todo lo necesario para hospedarse durante el viaje y la comunicación con la propietaria del apartamento ha sido instantánea y siempre ha intentado favorecer al inquilino (pudimos entrar antes de la hora y aprovechar el apartamento el máximo tiempo posible). Lo que me ha resultado deficiente es la limpieza del apartamento, había parte de la vajilla sucia y el suelo estaba lleno de manchas, así como un mueble del lavabo. Todo el resto, puedo opinar que es un apartamento agradable y que se encuentra en una buena zona llena de comercios y cerca del puerto, con una bonita y tranquila zona comunitaria con piscina que se agradece en los momentos donde el calor aprieta más.

buon appartamento

Ottima zona, spiaggia vicinissima, arredi piuttosto datati comunque adatti all'uso. Peccato non poter utilizzare la piscina del complesso per problemi della proprietà col condominio. Dotazioni complete. Ricordare che non c'è cambio biancheria e asciugamano, comunque c'è la lavatrice nuova. Letti piccoli alla francese, tutto sommato consigliabile per 4 persone sicuramente, appartamento ampio.
