Belonging to the Munna Family, it has been restored respecting the existing structure

The attic is equipped with a kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine, shower, air conditioning, TV, free wi-fi, (possibility to add cot for babies / children, high chair and stroller) iron, kitchen utensils, towels and bed, beach towels, parking space.
Inserted inside the historic center of C / mare del Golfo, in a central position, at the corner of the church of S. Antonio, a few steps from the Villa Comunale and the Port, from bars, pubs. Restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, banks, car rental agencies, motorbikes, bicycles and boats.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber einer komplett eingerichteten Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Castellamare ist ein angenehmer Ferienort und guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Unternehmungen.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Abbiamo trovato per caso questa incantevole mansarda nel pieno centro di Castellammare! Foto esattamente corrispondenti alla realtà, anzi dal vivo ancora più bella. Dotata di qualsiasi confort, dalle pentole al bagnoschiuma alla biancheria lavata e sterilizzata e il condizionatore perfettamente funzionante! Rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia, dalle ottime condizioni del palazzo, dalla posizione strategica e dalla enorme cordialità, disponibilità e ospitalità dei proprietari Giuseppe e Graziella, due persone davvero splendide!!!

zeer goed ontvangts, voldoende comfort en netjes.

Een aanrader, goed gelegen appartement in een stadje waar nog niet teveel toeristen zijn. Stemmig, alle comfort, gemakkelijk parking..... Ideaal!

Casualmente abbiamo prenotato questo alloggio e stiamo rimasti soddisfatti, sia per l'accoglienza ricevuta dai proprietaria Graziella e Giuseppe, che per la comodità dell'alloggio. Rispecchia le foto, anzi è molto più grazioso, biancheria pulita e sterilizzata, ambiente pulito in ogni parte, e poi che dire di quella fantastica terrazza, dove abbiamo trascorso sotto un cielo stellato serate incantevoli con un buon calice di vino. Ritorneremo in questa graziosa mansarda per goderci il mare e ii luoghi che offre Castellammare. Da consigliare. Debora e Michele da Lecco.

Posto fantastico, appartamento ben pulito e tenuto tutto in ordine, spazioso e con tutti i confort. Parcheggiata l'auto davanti casa ci siamo mossi a piedi in quanto l'appartamento trovasi al centro del paese. Ringraziamo i proprietari per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Certtamente da consigliare..

ottima vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza in una fantastica mansarda nella quale i proprietari ci hanno messo a disposizione tutto quello che ci vuole per far si che le vacanza sia confortevole. L'appartamento si trova proprio al centro del paese, servita di tutto.Ritorneremo la prossima estate per rivivere le belle serate trascorse in veranda a gustarci un buon vino.
