Excellent location, great, well equipped chalet and good communication with the owner. The local property manager was less efficient but it did not deter from our stay.
Emmanuelle's chalet was perfect for us, with lots of space and well laid out so that we had room to relax - and what a lovely view up the valley. We also really liked the location in Laisinant as it was quiet but close to town, and has a great red run down to the lift/chalet - which is much nicer than the red off Solaise down into Val centre!
A fantastic chalet equipped with everything we needed to help make our ski trip unforgettable. The perfect layout, great size for a mixed group of adults and teens, and a superb location with easy access to town. Can’t really think of anything it was lacking. We will be back!
Great chalet on the outskirts of Val D'Isere with lots of space and a great layout for 2 families. its about a 10/15 minute walk into the main resort but there was bus stop right outside and a ski lift too so ski in/ski out. Beautifully warm too. The only thing we would have liked was a smart TV so the kids could have watched TV after long days on the slopes. We hope to return. thanks for a great stay
This chalet was perfect for 10 people (7 adults and three kids), the decor was not modern but is cheerful and charming, wifi works and everything is provided for cooking and eating at home. The location is excellent, just three stops on the bus from our kids ski lessons, and easy to access for shopping, but quiet and with a fantastic view across the valley.
The housekeeper was prompt and helpful. Our only complaints were that the upstairs loo does not work, and it would have been nice to have simple household items like toilet paper and rubbish bag bins provided for the duration of the stay. Big thanks overall and would highly recommend this place.

The photos on the listing showed a more modern appearance than the rather tired reality
The shower was broken in a downstairs bathroom. The floorboards were all SO creaky. It appeared more modern on the listing than the reality. It served a purpose, we also thought it was going to be closer to the village than it was. Buses were great

Wonderfully located next to Laisinant Express chair lift
If you don't need the bright lights of the town centre, then this is a perfect place to stay. It's barely a 50m stroll to the Laisinant Express lift which gets you access to all the skiing. The living area is great, spacious and comfortable. Some of the bedrooms are a little small, but they are comfortable nevertheless. Some of the equipment could do with a refresh (i.e. coffee machine) but it is well equipped otherwise. You are expected to leave it as you found it with beds stripped, kitchen cleaned, bins emptied and so forth, which is a little demanding when you are leaving at 4am to catch a flight, but having said that it is excellent value for money and we would happily return which says a lot. So, if you are looking for a very short walk to a ski lift, a quiet out of town hamlet and excellent value accommodation in an otherwise very expensive resort ... then this ticks all the boxes.

Thank you very much Chris for your nice feedback.
One should indeed empty the all the bins/bottles and leave the kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery clean and back in their drawers but that is all. I apologize if you have been asked to strip your beds and more as this is not required from you.
I am glad you enjoyed your stay in the chalet and will gladly welcome you and your family again.
Good sized chalet for 10 people. Comfortable beds, and well appointed.
Ski lift right outside front door, and bus stop 50m away. Bus is very regular and free of charge, ideal if you don’t want to use the descent slope back to the chalet which is steep in parts. You have the option of using the pomma down into the village. Parking available for 1 medium size car, and paying car parking outside chalet cost 86 euros for 1week. You can book in advance or pay on departure. Chalet stairs are quite steep so care required here for v young, elderly, and tipsy. Housekeeper Justine was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Shops 10 minute walk or use the bus. Loved this chalet, one of the best in 35 years of skiing for a large group, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Dear Alexei,
I am very sorry you did not appreciate your stay.
As mentioned, the barbecue was wrongly displayed due to a error on the platform side. No one has ever complained of this previously. You have been informed to the platform directly for litigation and potential partial refund.
Moreover you were informed that barbecues are not allowed on the balcony. I therefore hope you have not purchased one against our instructions.
If you did and it was stolen, you should have reported it to the police. I am confident no one from our staff stole from our guests.
Regarding the heating, I can only apologise. The boiler which had been change in the last 5 years broked. The incident happened in the night and was fixed the next day around noon.
Once again, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay in the chalet.
Best regards
Le chalet est splendide, mais il serait intéressant de revoir toute la literie, le salon, nous l'avons connu il y a plus de 10 ans et rien n'a changé, un peu de renouveau serait très apprécié.
I booked this chalet for 10 girlfriends and we all had a fabulous time. All bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size & communal space was fantastic. Some of the group were non skiers, so it was good that they had a comfortable place to relax whilst we skied. For the Skiers, it was great that the ski lift is so close. Bus is very regular which makes it easy to get into the centre of Val.
Great position near to ski lift, very close to ski bus links and a lovely walk into Val d’Isère centre. Ski back to the chalet is possible.
Chalet is cosy and comfortable with the best view!
This chalet is very spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Great location as it is possible to ski from the chalet or catch a bus to the main lifts. Very poor internet during our stay and no TV
The rental is amazing. It is 10 minute walk to the village and 50m from the bus and a lift (tip, lift tickets are not available at the lift, but the cards are and you can link them and add lift tickets to them via the val d'isere app). It is on the uncrowded side of the resort.
The rooms are clean and well appointed. The kitchen is overstocked with utensils. No complaints. 5 stars all the way. Great rental when 5 bedrooms are in order.
Chalet is exactly as on the pictures and we liked it a lot. It has this real French chalet feeling with small touches. Leaving area is large and there is plenty of space for 10 people. Rooms are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with everything one would need. Enough hot water for the 10 people to take shower after skiing (in many cases this was a concern in chalets we have stayed in the past).
Location is great. It is on the outskirts of Morzine but a ski bus which runs every 5 minutes during skiing time takes you directly to the main Olympic lift and/or Val D'Isere centre in 5 minutes. Also you can go out in the evening as ski bus runs until about 2am (night) - not as often as 5 minutes but still you have an option to have great night out and not have to pay for a taxi. It is also possible to walk, probably takes about 15-20 minutes. There is a supermarket 5-7 minutes walk (or 1 bus stop). There is ski lift right next to the chalet which takes you to the left side of the skiing map. I prefer this location to town centre as it is absolutely quite.
Owner was nice and responsive before our stay and during our stay. We really liked him.
However we didn't like the manager of the property (the agency). She felt ignorant and unhelpful and we had to ask her many times before things get resolved.
We had a few issues during our stay which she did not resolve and some of them she even ignored when I messaged her:
1. Wifi wasn't working for the whole week. It wasn't working when we arrived which means that manager failed to check that wifi was working prior to our arrival and she wasn't able to make an urgent appointment with the company to come and fix it. This was a big inconvenience to us as some of the group didn't have european sim-card and had to pay heavy roaming charges.
2. There was a problem with the socket when we arrived with which we found to be a safety concern as wires were left open which manager failed to put any warning against (to insure we do not touch it), but she was aware of it as she was not surprised when we have complained. My partner got electrified when touching it and light went off in the whole house. Problem got fix the next day (but not the same day) which we also found unhelpful.
3. Bedrooms on the top floor have wholes in the wood above the bed. When there is cold wind, it is blowing from the wood right into your head when sleeping. We have asked manager to come and fix the wholes which she completely ignored.

Sorry.
We really enjoyed the excellent location close to La Laisinant lift and a very short walk into town. Chalet was great for 2 families. Nice rooms, good bathrooms and layout. Plenty of China, cutlery etc for the stay and nice large dining area. We enjoyed it very much

Lovely Chalet in perfect location
Located right by the Laisinant lift giving swift access to Le Fornet ski area with no queues, this chalet was perfect for our 2 families. Ensuite bathrooms a big bonus and kids loved their hideaway on the top floor. Well equipped with cutlery and crockery, only issues we had were tv didn't work and pillows rather hard and uncomfy - small price to pay for the convenience of the location, 1 min walk to the shuttle bus stops. The local Spar (1 stop on the bus or a 5 min walk) is much better than the main supermarket in the centre. For Brits you will need rudimentary French as the agency ladies don't converse in English. I'd definitely recommend and hope to return.
