The apartment is fantastic, specked out to a high standard while being warm, homely and very comfortable indeed. It is in a most brilliant location, central to the village bars, restaurants, shops etc and only a few minutes walk to the main lifts.

Great location, close to the slopes

We arrived in Val d'Isère early on the Saturday and were able to check in promptly. Initially had difficulties finding the apartment but the caretaker came out to find us. Apparently had everything that you could need albeit some vacuuming under the beds wouldn't go a miss but in general the apartment was great.

Brilliantly located apartment for a family

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Very close to the slopes, supermarket and restaurants. The accommodation worked extremely well for our group . The bunk beds though are not suitable for anyone over 6 foot . The janitor was extremely helpful and very responsive.

Amazing stay and conveniently located to skiing

We had a perfect stay at the apartment. Very centrally located in the middle of Val D'Isere conveniently located next to the skiing gondolas and lifts that's 3-5 min walk. Shops and restaurants are basically right next door in the middle of town.Check-in and check-out process was super easy! We were well taken care of by a very nice caretaker who was very generous with his time and ensure our comfort.The apartment itself is exactly as pictured and came well stocked with the various amenities. Dedicated areas for the skis in the basement makes it easy to store our equipment.We look forward to coming back!

Stylish, Luxurious and Authentic Savoie Charm in the Heart of Val d’Isere

The apartment, location, warm and helpful communication with the owners, and, the overall Val d’Isere experience were absolutely fabulous! We had a great time and hope to return again soon. Philippe and Corrine’s apartment is freshly renovated in the authentic Savoie / alpine chic style. Staying there is an absolute delight, with everything one could possibly need in terms of comfort and amenities, all in a super convenient location to the lifts, shops, supermarket and restaurants. The experience met all of our expectations and more. Bravo!

Bonjour l'appartement était vraiment SUPER, bien placé dans le centre et tout proche des pistes, spacieux, très joli, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé, nous avons passé une semaine de rêve. Le prix est un peu élevé ... mais c'était la semaine scolaire parisienne. Bref, je recommande fortement cet appartement, il est vraiment superbe :))))))

Beaucoup trop bruyant

Appartement bien placé mais dans un immeuble vétuste , horriblement bruyant ( rue , sortie de boîtes de nuit et immeuble très mal insonorisé). Pas d’ascenseur, non précisé dans l’annonce, porte d’entrée d’immeuble cassée,non sécurisée. Les chambres sont très petites , une seule salle de bain correcte. Pas de grandes casseroles, vaisselle très limitée et ébréchée , pas de local poubelle, le prix est démesuré par rapport à la qualité de l’appartement. Heureusement que le gardien est sympathique

Bonjour Madame, Nous vous remercions pour votre aimable commentaire concernant notre gardien, qui est en effet une personne adorable. Les photos publiées sur notre annonce montrent effectivement que la résidence n'est pas récente. Cependant, notre appartement, situé au premier étage (donc pas besoin d’ascenseur 😉), a été entièrement rénové en 2015 avec des matériaux de qualité, du mobilier neuf et une décoration soignée. Le linge de lit et les serviettes ont été entièrement renouvelés le mois dernier. Quant à la vaisselle, elle est largement suffisante pour un usage quotidien, comprenant une douzaine d'assiettes plates, creuses et à dessert. Nous vous remercions d'avoir noté que certaines étaient ébréchées, nous les remplacerons sans tarder. De plus, nous prévoyons d'ajouter de grandes casseroles pour compléter l'équipement. Les photos de notre annonce reflètent fidèlement l'état actuel de notre appartement, et les locataires sont généralement agréablement surpris à leur arrivée (comme en témoignent les commentaires d'autres locataires). Les conteneurs à ordures sont nombreux et facilement accessibles à Val d'Isère. Le local destiné aux poubelles de la résidence a donc été transformé en casier à skis, permettant aux skieurs de ranger facilement leur équipement et de gagner du temps pour se rendre sur les pistes, étant donné que celles-ci sont très proches de la résidence. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble ait été endommagée il y a quelques jours. Nous avons été informés qu'elle serait remplacée dans les plus brefs délais. Très bel appartement moderne, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable. Très belle vue sur les pistes. Excellent emplacement dans le centre de val d'Isère à proximité des commerces, restaurants et des pistes. le local à ski est un réel plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
