A charming villa with 2 bedrooms (1 double with a kingsize bed & a twin) and a bathroom with bath & shower (in bath) upstairs. Downstairs is a spacious living & dining area and open plan kitchen & separate WC. The pretty lawned garden has a terrace area with table, chairs and gas BBQ, overlooking the peaceful marina and the property's dedicated jetty and mooring. This villa is particularly well equipped. There is Wi-Fi, a music system and Apple docking speaker, TV, DVD and library of DVDs and Books, Air-conditioning (in both bedrooms), washing machine, microwave and a kitchen with all the equipment one might need including a Tassimo coffee maker. For visitors, there are also sun loungers for use in the garden. There are various buckets, spades and beach toys which visitors are welcome to use. The prices quoted are complete so no hidden costs related to linen or cleaning.

Nice small House for a Family

The house and the interior is in very good condition. Perfect for a family. Nice small garden with barbecue. Kirchen is good and everything works. The neighbourhood is nice and its a 10-15 min walk to Aigues-Mortes. Market is 2 times a week, also 15 min by feet. Grocery-shopping better by car and then only 3 min away. Thank you for the easy entry and check-out.

Das Mietobjekt hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Da wir uns selbst versorgen war die moderne, saubere und vollständige Küche perfekt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und sauber. Die Anlage ebenfalls. Gerne wieder.Aigues-Mortes selbst ist eine Reise wert und mit dem PKW kann man schnell viele schöne Orte erreichen.

Marina de rêve

ce logement situé dans une marina, est calme avec une vue atypique . Il est confortable et bien équipé. A l’extérieur des remparts d'Aigues mortes, on profite de la ville tout en évitant la cohue !

Maison très agréable, propre, lumineuse et environnement calme. Vue reposante. Grandes pièces. Proche des commerces. On peut aller aux remparts à pieds en seulement 10min.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons!

Parfait, je recommande.

Logement conforme à la description (WC séparés au rdc et à l'étage). Au calme, sécurisé et proche des remparts (10/15 mn en marche tranquille). l'extérieur avec gazon naturel est plutôt petit et n'est pas vraiment mis en valeur (voir les voisins du 36, que je remercie pour leur gentillesse et leurs recommandations de visite, très bien fait chez eux avec gazon synthétique et petit salon, pas d'arrosage donc moins de moustique (prévoir de l'anti-moustique pour utiliser l'extérieur, même en journée). En résumé un bon 17/20 avec l'extérieur aménagé cela ferait un 20/20 , bravo à mon Birkett pour sa location à Aigues-Mortes.

Super séjour, dépaysant

Très bien, maison bien entretenue, propre, joli cachet, calme, original (premier séjour dans une marina), à refaire. Proximité de la ville fortifiée d'Aigues Mortes, donc pas de voiture à prendre. Toute la famille a passé un bon sejour.

Wunderschöne Camargue

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem schönen Häuschen sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. In der Abendsonne auf der Terrasse essen, ein Gläschen Wein in der Hand, der Blick auf das Wasser und die Palmen, das war herrlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in Aigues-Mortes und mit dem Auto am Strand. Hier kann mann alles finden: Ruhe, Natur, Action und unzählige Freizeitangebote.

Perfect holiday home

We (myself, my husband and 2 young children) had such a wonderful week at the property, everything we could need or hope for was available. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air-con in the bedrooms, great location, just 10 minute walk into Aigues Mortes and 10 minute drive to the beach. Lovely little garden overlooking the water. Both Robert the owner and Nathalie who was there to greet us were both friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this property. We don’t usually return to the same place twice but we would definitely return here!

Spring Awakening in Aigues-Mortes

Cozy, spacious and comfortable house in the marina of Aigues-Mortes. Access to the area is possible only for authorized, in front of the house associated car parking, on the side of the small garden access to the water with boat mooring. The house is well equipped, beyond the usual there is also an extensive DVD movie collection. To the old town is about 10 minutes walk, here there are many interesting things to see and you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, stores, museums and galleries. The central square is a great place to spend time. On the outskirts of the city, several supermarkets are quickly accessible by car. The location is very suitable for exploring the Camargue and the Languedoc. We especially liked Uzès, Nimes, Béziers. We had a very nice vacation week and felt very comfortable.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

We had a wonderful stay in Robert`s house. It is very clean and very good equipped. Everything we needed, was there. It is well located to visit several intesting places, like Arles, Nimes and Montpellier. To the wonderful beach L`Espiquette only 10 mintues by car. The house is very quiet, and the look from the terrace is very nice. Aigues-Mortes is a wonderful old town, you can reach by feet in several minutes. We can recommend this house, and we will surely com back. Thank's to Robert.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus in Aigues Mortes verbracht. Im Vorfeld wurden alle notwendigen Informationen zu Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe frühzeitig kommuniziert. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, liegt sehr schön an einem kleinen Jachthafen. Aigues-Mortes ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, der nächste Strand am Meer ist 8 km entfernt und über Radwege gut zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Très agréable séjour

Je recommande cette location : très agréable, charmante, propre, très bien équipée notamment au niveau de l'électro-ménager (pas du matériel de bas de gamme mais des marques de qualité) et du mobilier. A 10-15 minutes à pied des remparts, Aigues Mortes est superbe de même que la Camargue (Les Saintes Maries de la Mer et le parc ornithologique en particulier). Enfin le propriétaire avec qui nous avons échangé par mail est très aimable et cordial. Bref tout était très bien et nous gardons cette adresse pour une éventuelle prochaine fois. Thanks a lot Robert.

Perfektes Haus mit einer tollen Lage

Wir ( ein Ehepaar ) waren im Dezember ( Weihnachten ) 2018 für 10 Tage Gäste von Robert. Das Haus ist Perfekt ( Einrichtung / komplette Küche / sehr sauber / sehr bequemes Bett / es fehlt an nichts ), um dort mit einem Paar / Familie tollen Urlaub zu erleben. Der Blick vom Garten / Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön auf den Kanal, wo man ein Boot anlegen könnte. Die Innenstadt von Aigues-Mortes kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen und einen Supermarkt ( Lidl ) ist auch in der Nähe. Wir hatten unser Auto auf den reservierten Parkplatz am Haus abgestellt. Die Anlage ist über ein elektrisches Tor zu erreichen.. Robert nochmal Danke für eine sehr schöne Zeit und wenn wir wieder nach Aigues-Mortes kommen, werden wir Dein Haus wieder buchen. Lovely Autumn break in comfortable and welcoming setting

The accommodation is 1st class, the owner very helpful, and the location tranquil and pleasant to be around, with a west facing garden and waterfront. You have all you need just to relax at the property - it is very well equipped. Spent some afternoons in the garden enjoying the sun and setting. There is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Aigues Mortes village which can be by the canal side if you wish. You pass the basin where many canal boats are tied up and its a lovely way in to the town with its medieval walling. The town itself is strong on restaurants, but we found the shops a bit too touristy. Would go back again - its a nice base to explore this area.

Komplett zufrieden!

Schönes Ferienapartment in einer gelungenen Wohnanlage. Allles war sauber, es gibt bequeme Betten und die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, um für eine Familie zu kochen. Außerdem gibt es einen Weber Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Alles was für die Verpflegung benötigt wird, sollte am besten auf dem Markt am Mittwoch und Sonntag besorgt werden. Er ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
