BETWEEN THE FOREST AND THE LAKE

Registration No. 0132-CNI-00006-T04906
This is a traditional local building that has been completely renovated.
It features a living area with a fireplace and a wood-burning stove fuelled by wood gathered from the surrounding woods, which provide excellent heat in winter or on cool evenings during the shoulder seasons. From there, you enter the kitchen area, equipped with everything you need for cooking and stocked with basic groceries.
It features a lovely terrace with a dining table and a barbecue area, from which you can admire a magnificent view of the lake and Comacina Island.
A staircase leads down to the sleeping area, which includes a spacious master bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Here, too, you can heat the space with another pellet stove.
Since the house is located in a forest, far from the town centre, the water used is rainwater that is collected and purified; it supplies the house’s plumbing system and is used for personal hygiene, cleaning the house, and cooking.
To reach it, you must travel one kilometre along a narrow dirt road.
