Emplacement Ă  5min Ă  pied de la plage de la Cotiniere. À 15min Ă  pied du port et de la rue piĂ©tonne.Il y a une location de vĂ©lo juste en face de la location.Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et discret.La location est pratique pour une famille.

Comme dejĂ  mentionnĂ©. Logement non entretenu et non nettoyĂ©, Ă  ce prix lĂ  ce n'est pas normal (frigo, couverts, vaisselle etc). J'ai donc fait le menage en entrant (mais je n'ai pas tout relavĂ©), j'en ai informĂ© dĂšs le soir mĂȘme le proprietaire qui s'est juste excusĂ© et je l'ai fait en partant donc lĂ  il etait propre.Autrement l'emplacement est bien et le propriĂ©taire qui vit Ă  cĂŽtĂ© est discret.Mais franchement, un grand nettoyage de printemps est nĂ©cessaire.Et dans les photos, il n'y a pas les portes, les meubles pleins de poussiĂšre, le frigo avec des traces de chocolat, des tablettes et des bacs sales.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour formidable. Nous Ă©tions 3 mon compagnon, notre bĂ©bĂ©, et moi mĂȘme. Le logement est idĂ©alement situĂ© quand on a un enfant en bas Ăąge. Le propriĂ©taire est une personne trĂšs sympathique, et c’est vraiment agrĂ©able d ĂȘtre reçu comme tels aprĂšs 700km de trajet! Je conseille cette adresse aux amoureux de l’üle d’OlĂ©ron.
