Once you park your car you will never get back in it! This home is located on a quiet street in the heart of Capitola Village and is only steps from the beach, quaint shops, great restaurants, breath taking views, and all the live music and libations one could ask for.

This cozy home has one bedroom with a double bed. A queen size convertible couch is in the living room. The loft with skylight is a great place for the kids with their own T.V. There is also a double sized bed.

Everything is remodeled and freshly painted with new quality linens and towels. The many windows and new screen door keep everything airy and bright. If you prefer to stay in there is a complete modern kitchen.

We pay attention to every detail in hopes of providing you with a fun and comfortable place to stay. Come see for yourself why Capitola is one of California's most popular coastal cities.

There is a three day minimum on holiday weekends.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all glasses and dishes before check out.
Return Parking Permit to kitchen table. There will be a $100.00 fine if not returned.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. If owner becomes aware that more than four people are staying at the home, you will automatically forfeit your entire $500.00 security deposit.
2. Upon Check-Out- If renter does not leave Parking Permit at the house. There will be a $100.00 fine kept from Security Deposit.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Capitola house. Great location walking distance to downtown Capitola. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication was great with Shelly. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Perfect spot within walking distance of the beach and the downtown area. The house was perfect for our weekend stay. This is our fifth year staying here,what we call “our beach house” lol. We truly love Capitola Village, this house is located in the perfect location, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and more importantly the beach! Shelly, the owner of the house is amazing to work with. We always enjoy our time in Capitola and always look forward to coming back every summer.

Breezy Beach Retreat

This cute home in the heart of the village is perfect for a couple or small family. It is well equipped and very cozy. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are soft, unlike so many hotels! The house is extremely clean and our hosts were kind and easy to work with. Instructions were very clear and the small touches they added made our stay feel extra special. We will definitely book again.

Capitola village gem!

My family and I love this house and the location is perfect. Once you park there is no need to drive. We’ve been coming to this house each summer for a few nights for the last couple years and we definitely plan on returning. The owner is amazing and easy to communicate with.

Tiny place with an awesome location

Stayed 3 nights and never feft Capitola. Took our 2 adn 5 year old girls to the beach every day. Got lucky upon arriving to get a spot in front of the rental. The place is fine but the full size bed barely fits in the bedroom. Cannot beat the location though.

Parking is outrageous, loft ladder is dangerous

I was very disappointed in the parking , your onsite parking was always full and the offsite parking was also full . Drove in circles for a 1/2 hour to find parking . Stated it was a 2 bedroom , with the picture showing a loft . The ladder going up to the loft is dangerous . It was difficult to climb up and you could never bring your luggage up .
