We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house is beautiful and pool is fabulous. The weather was extremely hot so the addition of air conditioning in the rest of the house would be welcome and would make it perfect. Ythier was a great host, the welcome food and drinks were very much appreciated. Check in and out were seamless. It is a very quiet location but only a short walk to the town. We didn't hire a car but local bus service and trains are excellent. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you into Antibes centre in about 10 minutes. We can't wait to stay again, one the aircon is in! Many thanks Ythier.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Côte d‘Azur zu erleben

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder , 10 und 13J) unseren 2-wöchigen Sommerurlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der Aussenbereich mit dem großartigen, bis ca. 2,5m tiefen und beheizten Pool, einer gemütlichen Lounge-Ecke, 4 Liegen, einem Essbereich und einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Aber auch innen ist es sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. An technischer Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Durch elektrische Rollläden, eine große Markise an der Südseite, eine mobile Klimaanlage und diverse Ventilatoren haben wir es auch ohne fest installierter Klimaanlage angenehm empfunden. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ist ideal, um die lebhafte Côte d‘Azur zu erkunden. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus! Vielen Dank Ythier!

Beautiful house in a great location

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful house. The location is great being only a short walk into town but in a very quiet area. The house, garden and pool are lovely and despite being close to the town centre it feels very private. Ythier was a great host and very responsive and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone and is a great house for a family holiday whether you just want to relax by the pool or go out exploring the local area. Thank you Ythier.

Very nice house - great place to stay!

We were a family of six - two adults, two children 4/8 and grandparents staying for 11 days. We can strongly recommend the place. The house, pool and pool/terrace area is absolutely lovely and invites you to a relaxing holiday in the sun! We were outside all evenings during our stay. The property itself is in a calm residential area, ten min. walk from the nearest beach and 20 min. walk from Juan-les-Pins centre. You are totally private due to high hedges. OUTSIDE: The heated pool is 10-11 meters with a depth ranging from 140 to 200 cm + a shallow area. At the terrace there is also a large sofa, sun beds/chairs and a Weber BBQ. The dining table with benches seats at least 8 persons. There is also a trampoline, a slide and 2-3 swings. INSIDE: The house has a spacious, combined kitchen and living room with all the appliances you need. The three bedrooms have individual bathrooms. The master bedroom is in a separate section of the house. It should be mentioned that two other bedrooms have narrow double beds (140 cm). If you prefer to stay inside, it is a large television with hundreds of DVDs available. The host was very helpful during our stay. He even picked us up at the airport with his 7-seater car.
