Everything you could want for an exciting, yet relaxing, visit is waiting for you here. Enjoy walking around Princeville, spend time at the beach with your beach chairs and umbrella and bring a picnic lunch and chilled sodas in the cooler.

While you're out and about, you may want to stop by one of Kauai's "sunshine markets." These farmer's markets, held in a different town each weekday, have fresh, local produce to inspire the creative chef in you. Your fully equipped, deluxe kitchen will make meal preparation convenient and enjoyable.

There are three lanai where you can sit out and enjoy balmy breezes and the lush scenery for which Kauai's north shore is famous. Look out at the pool and, in the distance, you can see the awesome mountains and catch a glimpse of the ocean.

Great house for a family with grown children. Everyone had their own space but the common spaces were largest enough the spread out. The house is well maintained and comfortable. The only complaint is that the WiFi is a little slow.

We had a wonderful stay in this very spacious and modern town house. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. The two upstairs balconies were a treat for morning coffee and the office nook upstairs came in handy for work. The kitchen was well stocked which made preparing food a cinch and everything in the unit was in working order. The Foodland grocery store was a quick five minute drive away and stocked all of our needs. The subdivision was very well maintained and pleasant to walk through as were the neighborhoods in the area when walking to the beach. We appreciated the clear instructions from the owner/rental agency which made our stay stress free.

Wonderful townhouse for family

Everything was perfect, as advertised, three great bedrooms, great location, kitchen, dining living all easy to use for 5 adults. Pool area was super. Would not change a thing! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful place.

Wonderful vacation home

Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Kauai. Wonderful size for our group. Great communication prior to trip - they even provided a crock pot at our request. The pool / hot tub were great.

Master bath shower needs new grout. mold !stained. Beach chairs very worn. Kitchen could use basics like olive oil, foil wrap, etc. There was nothing. Why not get a coded door lock so that keys aren’t an issue? Pool and property are fantastic!

Spacious Condo in a convenient spot

This condo offers a spacious and comfortable stay, making it an excellent choice for families. Conveniently located in the heart of Princeville, it is within driving distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and several beautiful beaches. While the condo provides ample space and essential amenities, the kitchen could be better stocked with cooking essentials, which made meal preparation somewhat challenging. We purchased and left a few helpful items for future guests. Additionally, we noticed that some dishes had been put away without being properly washed, and a few maintenance issues, such as a non-functioning bathtub, should be addressed. The cleanliness could also be improved to ensure a more polished experience. Despite these minor concerns, the overall stay was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, and the space was well-suited for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be returning whenever we visit Kauai.

Nihilani Paradise

This 3 bedroom unit is one of the best situated condos in this neighborhood. It's main lanai backs up to a beautiful hedge with the pool far enough behind to see from the upstairs master lanai but far enough away to be fairly quiet. The entrance to this unit is on the culdisac, so it is quiet as well. We cooked most nights on the gas barbecues next to the pool. We enjoyed the jaccuzzi, which easily holds 9 people comfortably. We really enjoyed playing Christmas music throughout the unit with speakers in every room. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were kings and queen beds comfortable for 3 couples. The bikes in the garage were locked up, but this isn't an area to go biking. There were beach chairs, boogie boards available for use. Even though the owners car is parked in the garage we were able to park our caravan in there as well. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Refrigerator Debacle

After picking up key at brokers office we went to grocery and bout food for the week. Loaded up the refrigerator. Next morning we discovered that it was barely working, freezer not working at all. They knew it was broken and didn’t tell us in advance. Parts had been ordered and it was repaired on day 7 of our 14 day trip. They did communicate after we called them and gave us an allowance for the spoiled food and inconvenience. Overall it’s a lovely property and very comfortable. The lack of communication at first was disappointing. Also the dishwasher needs repair. It is not secured into the cabinet correctly and tips. If you are in a group with 2 vehicles that is a problem with this property there is only one parking space. The owner keeps a vehicle parked in the garage. Pool is very nice and it is an easy walk to restaurants.

Beautiful rental

We absolutely loved staying here. The kids loved the pool and it was nice and peaceful and quiet. The pool has a lot of rules though, no screaming or yelling or toys or games. There are disgruntled old people who lay by the pool hoping for total silence who will make remarks when your kids are being kids in the pool. But overall we found most people didn’t mind our small well behaved kids enjoying the pool. We enjoyed the body boards and beach chairs, the kitchen had great pots and pans and appliances (although the stove is a bit mysterious with the faded controls). It’s also very spacious! Lots of room for everyone.

The condo provided floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogieboards, a cooler, all very useful for our stay. Condo provided enough towels and beach towels which definitely came in handy and kitchen was well stocked. I'd definitely stay again! I would've loved it if the condo was better prepared for our arrival. Wifi instructions were missing and the condo was not stocked with shampoo. Small repairs required around the house were easily noticed.

Amazing all around!

The house is as described, very clean, spacious and has all the amenities of home. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware and pots for eating in after a long day at the beach. The neighborhood grounds is beautifully maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool which was a short distance away. Hanalei is a very cute, local town. The beaches were close by and the lush scenery on our drive was breathtaking. We will definitely come back!
