Welcome to Pua Lanai, our North Shore home in Princeville’s Nihilani community. Our spacious bi-level townhome is designed for relaxed island living, with interior stairs separating gathering spaces from restful bedrooms. It’s a place we love returning to—calm, comfortable, and ideal for families or groups looking to slow down and reconnect. Set in a peaceful residential resort setting, a car is recommended for beaches and exploring the island. Hanalei Bay is a short drive away.

Pua Lanai reflects what we love most about this home—easy outdoor living, open space, and a calm North Shore rhythm. The townhome-style layout offers a relaxed, residential feel, with living and sleeping areas thoughtfully arranged across two levels. This design works especially well for families, giving kids room to spread out while making it easy for everyone to gather together during the day and enjoy quiet, comfortable evenings. It’s a welcoming, family-friendly place to slow down and feel at home.

The main level features an expansive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, along with a convenient powder room. Large sliding doors create an easy indoor–outdoor flow, making the space ideal for shared meals, relaxed mornings, and unhurried time together.

The wraparound garden lanai is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and is a favorite spot for morning coffee, relaxed lunches, and quiet evenings. It offers a peaceful setting to slow down and enjoy the rhythm of the North Shore.

Secure, touch-keypad entry allows for easy, contactless arrival. The attached two-car garage is accessed via a secure code, with a remote opener provided inside for your convenience during your stay.

The upper level houses three serene bedrooms, a flexible open den, and a full laundry room. All sleeping spaces are designed for comfort with whisper-quiet central air conditioning (included), ceiling fans, and eco-friendly flooring.
Primary Suite
King bed with premium cotton linens, a dedicated workspace, and a private lanai with seating and distant Pacific glimpses. Spa-like en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom
Queen bed with private lanai access and serene mountain views. Shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Third Bedroom
Queen bed with walk-in closet and private sink area. Shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Flexible Open Den
A versatile loft-style space featuring a convertible Euro-lounger (twin-size sleeping surface).
Please note: the den is open to the hallway and does not have a privacy door, making it best suited for children, teens, or flexible sleeping arrangements.
Garage, Gear & Family Essentials
Guests enjoy exclusive use of a secure, covered two-car garage, which comfortably fits two mid-size SUVs.
Larger Vehicles
If your vehicle does not fit comfortably in the garage, please let us know before or after check-in. We’re happy to arrange an overnight guest parking pass for nearby designated guest parking. Per HOA guidelines, overnight parking outside the garage is limited to approved guest spaces and requires a permit.
Adventure Gear
Cruiser bikes (subject to availability), beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, assorted snorkeling gear, and a cooler.
Family Ready
A BOB stroller is stored in the garage, and a Pack ’n Play is available in the bedroom closet.
Bike Safety Note
Helmets are not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own or rent locally for proper fit and safety.
A dedicated rinse hose is located just outside the garage for easy cleanup after the beach.

Safety & Local Terrain Awareness
Princeville sits atop scenic coastal bluffs, which is part of what makes the area so beautiful. Many nearby beaches and viewpoints are accessed via descending trails and climbing back up. These paths may include steep sections, uneven footing, and muddy conditions after rain.
Some secluded beaches do not have lifeguards. Guests should use caution, wear appropriate footwear, supervise children closely, and assess ocean and trail conditions carefully before exploring.
