The flat is located on the most exclusive avenue in Barcelona, ​​Paseo de Gracia. At the core of this avenue we have the famous Barcelona Art Nouveau buildings: La Pedrera and Casa Batllo from the world famous architect Gaudi.

Our flat is next-door from Gaudi's Casa Batlló. The block where the flat is located is one of the most Important sightseeing's of Barcelona.

The apartment is located in a very luxurious building with private concierge. The apartment is easily accessible to main sightseeing of Barcelona. Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas are just 10 minutes on foot. Paseo de Gracia Metro and train station are just in front of our building giving access to 3 subway lines and 1 train line.
On Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya you have excellent restaurants and tapas bars plus the most important boutiques of Barcelona.

The flat itself is 115 sqm with 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with a full bathroom Its own designer. There is also a guest bathroom. The lounge has big windows overlooking Passeig de Gràcia With its classical buildings.

The apartment is very light with amazing, direct views. The living room table can seat up to 6 people. There is a LED TV and a large couch. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

This is a truly wonderful property from which to enjoy a Barcelona visit. The host and concierge are great to deal with; the location could not be better; the property is well equipped, beautifully maintained and quiet; and, the neighborhood is vibrant, fun, beautiful and historic. Almost everything we wanted to do was within a very enjoyable walking distance and transportation to further locations was right outside our door. There is an amazingly wide choice of nearby restaurants at every level of formality and type of cuisine. There is a seemingly endless supply of shops and stores in the neighborhood. We are hopeful that we will be able to make a return visit.

Fantastic apartment in wonderful location

Apartment was just as described and there were so many extras - amazing fruit bowl, champagne and other essentials. Thomas greeted us and showed us around, we appreciated his restaurant recommendations - they were great. We would definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit Barcelona. Slight metro noise but all transport options were amazingly close. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great location. Lots of great areas within walkable distance. Taxis available non-stop outside the door. Concierge very knowledgeable and helpful. Comfortable beds. Only downside is if you intend to do much cooking - there are not many pots / pans, etc. But who goes to Barcelona to cook their own meals? :)

Perfect Stay in Barcelona!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. The location was amazing -- right next door to Gaudi's Casa Batllo with many good restaurants close by. It was super fun to look out the window at the street scene in such a beautiful space. The apartment was exactly as it appears in the photos -- large, clean and comfortable. When we arrived there was a bowl of fruit, water, champagne and coffee. One would be hard-pressed to find anything wrong with this apartment.

Amazing stay

Luis was an incredible host. We called when we were in rout from the airport and he greeted us outside the building where we were staying. The apartment feels very safe. Thomas works at the front desk and is very helpful answering any questions you may have. When we walked into the rental we were greeted with a tower of fresh fruit, a box of chocolate and Champaign! The kitchen was stocked with some waters,coffee,tea, cookies…This is the first time we ever experienced such generosity with a rental. The location is incredible. Walking distance to many iconic buildings. Although we were on a very busy area, it was still quiet when we were inside.

Perfect location to create new memories

We just returned from our first trip to Barcelona. It was a fabulous experience all the way around. I traveled with my wife and two adult daughters. The location of this property could not be better. It is located in an affluent area of Barcelona and within short walking distance to some of the most notable tourist destinations. It also has ready access to public transportation as well as cabs. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Clean, well furnished, with a nice surprise gift from the property owner. The doorman, Thomas, was helpful in every way. He seemed truly committed to making certain that our visit was exceptional.

Exceeded expectations

We ( my sister, friend and I ) met the manger who gave us a tour of the apt and explained the area. There was a bowl filled with a stunning arrangement of pineapple, mangoes, bananas, plums, kiwi, apples, oranges and mandarins to welcome us. There was a fabulous tea and coffee selection. The refrigerator was stocked with juice, flat and sparkling water and champagne. Everything we needed ! That was just the beginning. The beds were extremely comfortable. The views from the windows were spectacular. The apt is next door to the famous Gaudi Casa Battlo. The apt is located on the Passeig de Gracia where there is some of the best shopping. The manager of the apt was extremely helpful in helping me find shops I wanted to visit. The owner was in contact with me and available if I needed to speak with him. One of the absolute best apt I have stayed in. I cannot wait to return.

Modern apartment with perfect location on Passeig de Gracia (the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona), right next door to Cas Batllo (recommend the tour). Very good security around the apartment, super close to hundreds of restaurants. Luis welcomed us with a massive fruit bowl and bottle of champagne. Very well stocked with lots of towels, detergent, soap, etc. Washer and dryer was very nice. Great little place next door for pastries and expresso. Walking distance from Sagrada Familia. Hop on/Hop Off bus stop a block away. It is a very bustling area, deep into the night. Window were very thick and kept most noise out, except for high pitch noises like ambulances and back-up tones from trucks. The apartment provided earplugs, but we never used them. I can't imaging a better location in Barcelona to stay.

Perfect Barcelona location

We were looking for a place that was close to shopping district, safe area, and good access to main tourist attractions. This was perfect! It’s a very nice place. The air conditioner actually works which is something I can say was not the case for my last rental. Thomas, the manager went out of his was to walk us around the area and show us good restaurants and bakeries. Very welcoming and fun. Highly recommend for your stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We just came back from Barcelona and I don't know where to start as far as this stay was concerned. The other reviews have been five star for the most part and ours is no less. The property, its location, and the people involved (Luis and Thomas) were all first rate. I typically do not stay in anything but well-known highly rated hotels because I am always worried about what I might get otherwise, you hear horror stories sometimes; but it was a pleasure to stay at this property, no doubt. The communication with Luis and prompt service and information provided by Thomas, the great location and the amenities of the property were all exactly as described and perfect; it would be hard to do any better. I already talked to Luis and let him know that we would be staying there (if available) when we go back to Barcelona in the future.

Wonderful base in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was roomy, clean and bright. The location was top-notch. Right next to Casa Battlo, the metro and many bus lines. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go using public transportation or walking. There were several nice gifts of food and drink waiting for us on arrival. Thomas, the concierge was so helpful. Look no further!

You don’t have to search any further for a perfect place to stay in Barcelona! Safe and central place to stay. We walked everywhere. Right next to Casa Batllo! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a washer AND dryer which is rare! Hosts were amazing and provided a welcome gift of Cava, fruits, chocolate, which was such a nice touch. They were very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is sleek and modern but the furniture was comfortable and cozy. Showers were great. Plush comfy bedding and towels. Very high quality place to stay. I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay in Barcelona. Highly recommend!

Well-located Apartment for 2 Couples in Barcelona

Everything about this apartment is first-class. Its location, next door to Casa Bartllo and in the heart of Eixample, is wonderful, next to great shopping and restaurants and a short cab ride to all the City's attractions. The apartment, which is very comfortable, has two bedrooms with basically equal in-suite bathrooms (plus a powder room near the living room) that make it perfect for two couples. We appreciated also the double pane windows throughout, which kept outside noise to a minimum. Thomas, the on-site manager, was very helpful and easy to access.
