Peaceful Jungle Setting with Expansive Whales Tail/Ocean View

9 Degrees North is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large loft with two twin beds (sleeps 6 total). The house boasts a very private setting with all the amenities of home.

A Bachelors Suite Casita with AC, TV, kitchenette (full sized fridge, counter top oven, coffee maker) and private bath is available. This has a queen sized bed in the suite to sleep 2 more. The Casita is available automatically when there are more than 6 guests. If you would like to book the casita when there are less than 6 guests, it can be requested by message and has an additional cost of $100 per night.

Relax on the deck and enjoy amazing views of the Whales Tail, one of the true wonders of the world! The natural beauty of Costa Rica surrounds you with frequently seen wildlife such as Toucans, Iguanas, Monkeys, and Sloths. The area offers various activities from lounging at the beach, surfing, exploring local waterfalls, bird list goes on.

We have very stable and fast Fiber Optic Internet. There is a smart TV to connect to Netfilx in the living room area for watching movies. There is also a variety of DVD's movies for all ages, including for any young children. There are games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy relaxing in the loungers by the pool or enjoy lunch poolside at the table.

Please note: a 4x4 (Four Wheel Drive) vehicle is different than an AWD (All Wheel Drive) vehicle, a 4x4 vehicle is required in order to access the property. The house is just above the town of Uvita, about 15 minutes up a well maintained, mountain dirt road.

Why they chose this property

After traveling to many areas of Costa Rica over the years we experienced some truly amazing views and towns, however we decided to invest in Uvita when we saw the view from 9 Degrees North.We knew this was our picture perfect escape with the most amazing view and a great little town. Uvita is a great mix of extremely welcoming locals and expats who have discovered the same paradise!
