Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay from the rooftop terrace, equipped with a relaxing jacuzzi, dining area, barbecue, and sun loungers. Swim in the pool, exercise in the gym, and enjoy local cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen.



The exterior, covering 630 m², features elegant wood-look flooring in a modern grey tone, creating a chic ambiance. The saltwater pool (9m x 3m) is easily accessible via steps and has a "sun deck" with shallow water, perfect for sunbathing. Enjoy comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with two large dining tables.



Stay active in the transformed underground garage, now a fitness room with various training units, including table tennis, TRX, treadmill, and satellite TV. The integrated lighting and music system on the terrace and rooftop terrace is conveniently controlled via iPad.



On the ground floor, the open-style living area features a central dining table in elegant white. There is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, XXL satellite TV, and minimalist decor, and another living room with a large plasma screen and a modern game console (PS4) to entertain the kids.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island, microwave, oven, and a large fridge-freezer combination. Behind the kitchen is a practical area with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor bathroom is also a plus.



The upper floor is used as a sleeping area and consists of 6 double bedrooms (3 double beds, 6 single beds) with 6 en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, USB ports, built-in wardrobes, and are furnished in a modern and high-quality style. The views from the rooms are either of the sea or the pretty coastal village. The bathrooms offer comfort and elegance.



Baby cots and high chairs for our little guests are also available.

Family holiday

Host really helpful and ready to greet us. Left a well stocked fridge with beer and soft drinks plus a lovely fruit bowl. He then brought a fruit flan in the week which was delicious. Great area with good bars and restaurants and beaches nearby. We made good use of the roof terrace with its bar, hot tub and fabulous views.

Bernat was a great host who has a great property. From the large downstairs area that can seat 14 people at a single table with additional seating outside with a view of a pool. To the 6 ensuite bedrooms and the rooftop deck with bar and hot tub. This was a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Perfect Beach Getaway for a Group of 10 – Spacious, Relaxing, and Steps from the Sand

Our family of 10 absolutely loved our stay! The beach was just steps away, along with a beach café, a farmacia, and several cozy spots to eat nearby. The service was outstanding, and the laid-back vibe made it easy to relax. Even with my broken Spanish, the locals were friendly and easy to chat with.Each bedroom had its own bathroom and offered plenty of space, which was perfect for our group. Just a heads-up—since all the bedrooms are upstairs, it might be a consideration for guests with mobility issues.And a special shoutout to Bernat, our incredible host—so helpful, kind, and truly the host with the most!

Fantastic get together

We had a great time with family. We were all very comfortable with so many places that everyone could hang out without bothering anyone else. Kimberley and Bernat were extremely helpful and giving of their time so that we did not have to worry about anything except having fun. Would do it again for sure.

Just got back from lovely holiday at Villa Paradise. Lovely location with great views. Very impressed with the quality of the villa and amenities. Perfect size for 3 families. Children especially enjoyed the pool (although unheated but still didn't deter!) and the hot tub! Nothing was too much trouble for 5Stars Homes - even when the bbq ran out of gas on a Sunday - it was replaced within the hour!

Perfect for our family to celebrate some “big” birthdays

We wanted a spacious villa in a location where a big group of us could “ebb and flow” throughout the week - and this place was perfect! Lots of corners and different areas for quiet reading, long conversations etc and big communal areas too for eating together. Comfortable beds, good showers, excellent pool and poolside area, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful roof terrace - we couldn’t have asked for more! And the introduction was great too. Thank you!

The house is beautiful lots of outside space to enjoy

There was plenty of room for our party of 5 couple. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were some excellent restaurant five minute walk from the house. It is a very quiet area. The beach close by has some rocks. We didn't find the beautiful beach which was a 20minute walk from the house until the last day. We had a wonderful time.

First class property! Faultless and exceptionally well presented.

The property was everything and more than we had hoped for and suited the six couples that came to stay. The owners had thought of everything. The house is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware pots pans et cetera and they had provided us with enough drinks and fruit to kickstart our holiday. All the bedrooms are well presented with beautiful bathrooms. The upstairs Terrace was stunning and ideal for an evening Meal at home. We didn’t use the gym/games room in the basement because it was just so beautiful to sit outside and walk through the village and the beaches. Seeing the sea was relaxing and therapeutic. We hope to return again and make this a regular holiday home for our friends and family.

3 families from USA, Canada and UK had a great time.

The building worked for everyone, with the exception of drinking water which needed to bought daily. After spending so much money on renting this was a real black mark. That aside everyone enjoyed the building and its facilities and it made an 80th birthday celebration wonderful.

Annual family get together

From the moment we arrived Bernat and his family made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Their welcome pack and recommendations were very helpful. There was plenty in the house to suit all ages; the teenage kids especially enjoyed table tennis, play station, and loved the surprise offering of lego sets and chess. The pool and hot tub were great. Hot tub instructions to fill and heat were clear. The ensuite bedrooms all had tvs with netflix as a bonus and some had amazing views of the sea-though even if you stay in a room without this view, the view from the rooftop made up for it. The rooftop was fantastic for bbqs ,and the provision of a fridge and plate/glasses etc .was super helpful. Eating out locally was also easy with several options within a 5 min walk. The more bustling area of Can Picafort is easily accessible by car/bus/taxi and where we would recommend the beach. The villa was well equipped and had the choice of plenty of seating to eat upstairs or down. Don't miss out on stargazing from the rooftop at night ,this was one of our favourite family memories!

Ein tolles Haus und tolle Besitzer!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit 11 Personen in dem Haus. Highlight sind das Jakuzzi und generell die Rooftop Terrasse und morgens am Pool zu frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Ort Son Serra ist sehr ruhig - perfekt zum entspannen mit tollen Beachbars und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Das Meer und der Strand 50m vor dem Haus ist auch toll! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der super Support von den Besitzern Joan und Bernat, 2 Brüder. Wenn es ein Problem gab haben sie immer sofort geholfen. Man merkt ihnen an, dass sie stolz sind auf das tolle Haus, das sie zusammen vor 6 Jahren gebaut haben - außergewöhnlich!Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub - danke an die beiden Brüder für die tolle Zeit! :)

Sehr luxuriöses und komfortables Haus. Ruhige Lage mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten und allen möglichen Utensilien! Qualitativ hochwertige Möbel. PlayStation für die jüngere Generation. Tolle Betten, jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Toller Pool und der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse ist unbezahlbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung war professionell und doch sehr herzlich!
