There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 full baths, easily sleeps 8. Centrally located for easy access to restaurants, nightlife and family amusements. Garage parking for 2 cars. Owner rents to Families or groups over age 25 only, non-smoking, no pets.
Rents Saturday to Saturday JULY & August . Rest of the Months are flexible.

Dont forget your chargers , eyewear , check bathrooms especially behind doors.
Leave unit tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This rental was perfect! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the convention center, boardwalk, and tons of great restaurants. The place was super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Proximity to beach and boardwalk was amazing, the home was decorated nicely and was clean. 2 Car garage is a real bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would recommended.

Great experience

I stayed for a week and the location is great. The condo is kept clean and communication with the owner is very easy and helpful. Very close to the boardwalk, close enough to walk. It was a great stay and I would definitely do it again!

Nice spot

Great spot, we’ll stocked, nice patio overlooking the fireworks and a busy corner. Bagel shop and ice cream nearby is nice. One of the beds was very squeaky. Would definitely stay here again.
