This 3 bedroom villa in Fuente del Baden area of Nerja has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and capacity for 6 guests. 



The fully air-conditioned villa has a private pool and is set in an elevated, quiet, semi-rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. There are lovely views from the villa of the surrounding countryside, the sea and the mountains in the distance. 



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside:Private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced patio, barbecue, private parking area.Inside:Air conditioning throughout (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels , cot and high chair.



The pool at this villa 7 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.2 meters at the shallow end and 1.9 meters at the deep end.



In the kitchen the facilities include refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has two bathrooms with shower cubicle and wc and an extra separate wc as well.



Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.

This villa is in a great location. It is close to two supermarkets (10 min walk). Access to the town is via a quick bus ride. This is our second visit to this property and we will return. The villa is clean, well presented and well equipped.

Villa Ventolera is beautiful, well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Lots of space to sit in the sun or the shade. It is out on the edge of the town, but is very private. The service and communication from Spain Sun Rentals was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

Slightly dated in areas but exceptionally clean. We have stayed in many villas but this was by far the best equipped villa we have stayed in. Several areas for eating , for shade and for sun. Small but refreshing pool. Comfortable beds. Good location , slightly out of town but you can easily take the bus or taxi. Walking distance to two large supermarkets. Slight whiff at times from the nearby treatment plant but this wouldn’t stop us from returning. If I’m being picky. Despite having comfortable mattresses a couple of the single beds squeak every time you move.

Wonderful

The villa is in a great location and is kept wonderfully clean. It's not far to walk down to the beachin to town but you might want a taxi back up the hill. Been to this Villa several times and will be back again. Thank you for the Cool box after my last visit, everything was perfect.
