I have designed every detail of this house myself and have commissioned its construction in order to live in a quiet and undisturbed location and enjoy the stunning view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare and at the same time on the varied Sicilian mountain landscape while barbecuing and having meals with friends on the terrace. The provinces of Trapani and Palermo, and the corresponding capital cities and airports are nearby, as are the beautiful beaches of the Sicilian north-western coast of Sicily and world-famous archaeological sites.

What makes this property unique

From all rooms you have a unique and wide view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare and the varied Sicilian mountain and sea landscape.
The mountain road to the Madonna of Romitello is the destination of mountain bikers and paragliders.
The location is ideal for family holidays, beach holidays, relaxing, mountaineering and trekking (the sea, in the mountains and in caves), mountain byking, hiking.
Along the road to Madonna di Romitello there are several water sources where fresh spring water can be fetched.
