About this property

authentic 3 star chalet


Our family chalet is a cosy authentic house built more than 100 years ago located in a typical village in the heart of Haute Savoie. It’s very calm and you are within walking of the local shops. You can buy local cheese and” charcuterie”. It’s surrounded by the fields and the mountains. 3 star chalet according to UDOTSI (Union départementale des offices et syndicats d'initiative) de Haute Savoie.
In winter time you are next to a child friendly ski area. Mont Saxonnex is a small village and family ski resort. Ski facilities are within walking distance (5 minutes by ski). You are not really far from Flaine, Avoriaz, Megeve, Chamonix.
In summer time you can chill out in the garden with a view on the mountains. You can walk, hike and bike, everything is in front of our doorstep. Lake Benit is an hour walk from the chalet. There is a ski lift in summer which will take you up to the lake Benit with your bike . Either in summer or winter there is so much to do.Not far from Italy or Switzerland.

L accueil la maison l emplacement tout est parfait .pour une famille a la decouverte et l apprentissage du ski et de la montagne enneigée 5 étoiles .le tire fesse juste a côté et les pistes de luge parfait .des personnes hyper agréables et gentils au tire fesse et au stand de restauration merci a tous on pense revenir bientot

Das Haus ist sehr schön - ruhig - gelegen. Direkt an einer Skipiste für Anfänger. Das ist bestimmt toll, wenn Schnee liegt. Der kleine, süße Ort mit Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist gemütlich und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet!

Ein Ort der Ruhe am Rande eines Gebirgsdorfes

Das Haus am Rande einer Skipiste ist im Sommer ein idealer Ort, einmal auszuspannen. Die wohltuende Ruhe mit Blick auf Wald und Berge ist absolut entspannend. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was man braucht. Nahe (Benitsee) und weitere Ziele (Chamonix-Mont Blanc) laden zu Unternehmungen ein. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der Betreuerin vor Ort war stets herzlich und hilfreich.

Great Location - Authentic Property - Would Recommend

A good location to use as a base to visit all the main attractions and localities of the area. Nice authentic property still retaining much of the original feeling and character. Peaceful and restful location but still only about a 20 minute drive from the shops and restaurants of Cluses for when you want some hustle and bustle. Mont Saxonnex is a pretty little village with the essentials ( bar, restaurant, boulangerie ) and has some great views. Would recommend both the area and this property to anybody who wishes to experience the feel of the real Alpes rather than the built up and over developed resort monstrosities that Morzine and Les Gets have become in recent years.

De belles vacances savoyardes en famille.

Logement simple mais avec toutes les commodités utiles, y compris boulangerie, boucherie et marché au village. Parfait pour des vacances reposantes en famille et pour découvrir les Alpes françaises entre Chablais et Mont-Blanc. Nombreuses activités ludiques et balades à proximité. Très bon accueil. ein wunderbares solides Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern zwei Wochen hier. Vom Kuhglockengeläut liebevoll geweckt zu werden, mit Sonne pur beim Frühstück draußen und sehr schönen Ausflügen verlebten wir zwei Wochen. Alles war wunderbar. Vielen Dank. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut adäquat.

Au sujet de votre observation sur les serviettes et taies d’oreiller il n’est pas prévu sauf arrangement express qu’ils soient fournis dans la location. Il y a peut-être eu une légère incompréhension.

Excellent séjour!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, le chalet est très agréable, et juste à côté des pistes. Le village de Mont-Saxonnex est resté authentique. La boulangerie et la boucherie commercialisent de très bons produits. Mme Sylvestre nous a donné toutes les informations pour notre séjour, et nous avons été accueillis sur place par M.Breysse, que nous remercions pour son amabilité et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons.

super chalet et environnement magnifique

Le logement est simple et authentique. La localisation est top avec une super vue, balade ou ski selon la saison. Propriétaires très sympathiques. On recommande pour des vacances au calme, notez que nous n'y sommes pas allé pendant la saison de ski mais juste avant.

Nous avons passé deux super semaines en été avec nos 3 enfants dans ce joli chalet où nous n'avons manqué de rien! L'accueil a été fait chaleureusement par Louis qui est très sympathique et convivial))) Nous conseillons cette location aux amoureux de la nature et des belles randonnées.

Vaste chalet à l'orée d'une prairie en fleurs (en été). Calme et à proximité des randonnées qui permet d'éviter les kms en voiture. Le soir, on apprécie la chaleur de la cuisinière à bois . Les chambres sont grandes et bien éclairées. Le ravitaillement peut se faire à pieds grâce aux commerces qui se situent à proximité. De bons restaurants en direction du col de Solaison, après Brison. Chalet ne présentant pas de difficulté à trouver. Location agréable à recommander. Village très agréable.

Vaste chalet situé à l'orée d'une prairie tout en fleurs sans aucune difficulté pour s'y rendre. Location qui ne manque de rien. La cuisinière au bois réchauffe bien durant les nuits fraiches. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité ce qui évite les kms en voiture. De bons restaurants avec des produits locaux au col de Solaison en direction de Brison. Je recommande cette location.

Chouette location

Chalet de montagne idéalement placé pour les activités hiver/été et le village de Mont-Saxonnex. Le confort, l'équipement sont corrects et le rapport qualité/prix de location est justifié. Merci à Loulou pour son accueil, sa bonne humeur et ses conseils. Il faut soutenir ces petites stations familiales à dimension très humaine, que ce soit pour le ski, les balades, les restos, l'environnement naturel et humain alors n'hésitez pas. activités de notre petite semaine: ski, balades, chiens de traineau à Morsullaz avec Tanguy de "Terres polaires" (qui fait aussi du traineau sur roues l'été), visite de la ferme Boisier à Brison au moment de la traite des vaches plus dégustation et achat de fromages (super accueil), petits-déjeuners pris ponctuellement au salon de thé de la boulangerie du mont (çà c'est aussi un plan sympa) et puis les restos au Jalouvre, à la pointe du midi (selon les budgets mais la qualité est là et les kilos pris aussi), in fine quelques achats de saucissons, saucisses aux choux à la boucherie "Cailler" avant de partir , et voilà, çà passe trop vite... à l'année prochaine ! Le calme et l'authenticité!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en Haute-Savoie. Nous avons trouvé l'endroit sans problème grâce à l'itinéraire fourni par Mme Sylvestre. Celle-ci nous a donné de très bons conseils pour optimiser notre séjour. L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Il est certain que je le recommanderai à mes amis!

Excellent séjour

Chalet très confortable et correspond à e qui est annoncé.Il se trouve vraiment sur les pistes.C'est idéal pour les enfants car le baby se trouve à coté. Le village est authentique et nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de l'appareil à raclette et le calme.
