TD Villa Ponente Luxury Villa with Sea View Pool

Just 5 km from the center of Monopoli and about 1 km from the beautiful beaches of the area, Villa Ponente is located in a small residential complex immersed in the quiet of the countryside, behind the famous Apulian coastal dunes. In a few minutes by car you can reach the Chapter, renowned for its sandy beaches and characteristic sea-view restaurants. Although part of a complex, the villa guarantees total autonomy and privacy and, recently built, stands out for its contemporary and bright style. Completely whitewashed according to the marine-Mediterranean tradition, it has large windows and modern geometric lines perfectly harmonized with the surrounding environment.
Outside there is a beautiful 14 x 5 meter saltwater pool with an area dedicated to a hot tub that uses the same unheated water as the pool. The fully paved area is equipped with deckchairs and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation in the sun and has an outdoor shower, barbecue area and laundry room. The front of the villa is furnished with a dining table, chairs and comfortable sofas, ideal for outdoor lunches and convivial evenings.
The interiors are spread over several levels with an open space living area equipped with an equipped kitchen and dining area. The main sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one double and one twin (which can become double as needed), and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a sea-view double bedroom with private bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace furnished with sofas in the shade of a pergola. Downstairs, not underground, there are two other bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a second kitchen.
Thanks to its separate entrances, Villa Ponente is the ideal solution for large groups or for two families who want to share their vacation while maintaining their privacy.

Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
